An old ivory bead necklace. Condition Report: Overall condition is good, however several beads (6 - 8) have cracks. The overall colour is mottled varying from cream to fawn. A Chinese export lacquered gaming box 19th century The box, lid and internal compartments richly decorated in gilt and red colour on black ground with a variety of scenes depicting figures entertaining themselves on terraces. Each of the five internal compartments containing gaming counters in mother-of-pearl, ivory and shell. H 11 cm x W 31 cm x L 28 cm CONDITION REPORT: The box is all intact with a minor loss to the upper section of the lid, the underside of the lid has cracks to the lacquer and minor splits to the joins. There is slight wear to the lip of the base. The rest of the piece is in good original condition.
