Provenance: The Collection of the Late Lavinia Baird. The subject matter for the portrait miniature is probably taken from Angelica Kauffmann's monumental portrait of Ferdinand IV, King of Naples and Sicily and His Family, which can be found in the Museo di Capodimonte, Napoli.
