A fine Victorian walnut, marquetry and ormolu mounted credenza attributed to Holland & Sons, the burr veneered breakfront top banded in amboyna above a pair of panelled doors inlaid in ivory and various woods: ribbon tied swags of husks, paterae, flowers musical instruments, agricultural implements, and an owl, all on an amboyna ground, enclosing a plush lined interior and two shelves, flanked by a pair of bowed glass doors enclosing a mirrored interior with plush lined shelves, to a plinth base, 40.25in (102.1cm) h, 73.5in (186.6cm) w, 17.25in (43.9cm) d. Columns missing, altered to the back edge, veneer loss.
