CONDITION REPORT One of the hinges is broken, the hinged lid is a bit loose. Some of the inset panels are missing. It is in need of some attention.

CONDITION REPORT All have age related wear, shantung example has the end of the handle broken off, some tears to the silk lining, of each, some discolouration to the ivory parasols, could be displayed of suitable for projects etc.

CONDITION REPORT The pleated and lace collar is intact but has foxing throughout. The ivory silk to the bonnet is very fragile, with areas missing showing the linen beneath.Wirework and beadwork good. The pink bonnet is faded, small areas of missing silk.All others are fabric remnants.

An early 20th century long lace gown with elbow-length sleeves, a vintage ivory silk chiffon lined evening wrap stole, a c1920s section of a beaded flapper dress, an early 20th century black silk jacket with all-over floral and leaf gold embroidery and an early 20th century children's ivory Shantung silk double-breasted jacket (5). CONDITION REPORT The black lace dress is in predominantly good condition, one shoulder of sleeve needs repair, the corner of the square neck is in need of repair. The ostrich wrap has no apparent damage. The Shantung jacket has small areas of wear to back. Gold and black jacket is in good vintage condition. Good beadwork on section of 1920s dress.

CONDITION REPORT The vendor authorised us to do a hot pin test to a discreet part of the handle and it showed that these are not plastic or resin.
