A George III silver teapot, maker I.R possibly John Robins, London, 1793: initialled, of oval outline with serpentine-shaped sides, having banded floral engraved decoration, with ivory insulators to the handles, 29cm. long, together with a near matching teapot stand, maker Elizabeth Jones, London, 1793, monogrammed with matching floral decoration, 10cm. wide, total weight of silver 20.66ozs.
A 19th century Austrian ivory and silver mounted tankard, bears mark to the lid for 1857: the domed hinged lid with satyr finial and scroll decoration, having a figural thumbpiece to the scroll handle, the ivory body carved in relief with bacchanalian putti and revellers, on an embossed oval spreading foot 17.5cm. high.
A late 19th Century Japanese carved wood and decorated cabinet on stand:, with pierced cresting in the form of a cockerel, the open compartments with pierced fret panel backs decorated with birds and flowering foliage, the enclosed cupboards with carved trees and flowering foliage heightened in gilt, mother of pearl and ivory (much missing), the stand with a shaped apron on cabriole legs, united by plain stretchers, 113cm (3ft 8 1/2in) wide, 200cm (6ft 6 3/4in) high.
