Herring & Sons, the circular moulded tilt top centred by arabesque and floral marquetry quartered circular panel with a band of Triton's conch shells between flower filled urns, the base with beaded shaft on acanthus and 'C' scroll carved cabriole legs and scroll and shell carved feet, with castors, stamped under the block and indistinctly under each leg 'M.A.B.', H.2ft 4in. diameter 4ft 11in.

A Luango Carved Ivory Tusk, Democratic Republic of Congo Of typical tapered and arched form, finely carved with a procession of figures before a naturalistic ground, 76cms long. CONDITION REPORT: Noticeable discolouration to the wider end, possibly due to it originally being placed in a holder. Overall - scuffing and wear to the relief areas. The very end tip has previously been broken and has been re-glued approximately 1cm down. Glue residue is visible.
