dating: circa 1900 provenance: Greece, Straight, single-edged blade with Arabic stamp, grooved back; grip with ivory grip scales and silver band, engraved with floral motifs, ivory button, decorated with a small turquoise at the peak. Wooden scabbard, covered with leather stitched with metallic thread. length 21.8 cm.
dating: first quarter of the 19th Century provenance: Turkey, Round, smooth-bore barrel, with square, chiselled base and rib, strongly bell-mouthed nozzle, the rib with inscription in Cyrillic (?) and gold-inlaid floral decorations, the base with silver and gold decorations, the nozzle with golden net, tang decorated in gold and with sight; flintlock decorated with golden floral and geometrical motifs. Wooden, full stock richly inlaid with filigree with silver floral motifs; silver, engraved mounts, butt's back with crescent, the counter-plate pierced with a snake and with iron, saddle crossbar decorated in gold, an oval, silver, engraved escutcheon on the grip. Wooden ramrod, ivory fore-end cap. Small parts missing/defects. Very scarce, certainly made for a prince or a very important person. length 72 cm.
dating: early 20th Century provenance: State of the Vatican City, Daily uniform, composed of beret, jacket and pants of the 16th-century, Katzbalger style, of crimson, black and scarlet color recurring from the early days of the foundation of the prestigious Corps. Crimson color socks. Spanish style collar. Black, leather belt, rimmed in red, complete with pocket for a bayonet. Years of pontificate of Pius X (1903-1914). Together with a metallic morion, of modern production, dyed in black. One silver medal for merits, by Leo XIII, and one, silver Cross for the pilgrims of Jerusalem, by Pope Leo XIII. Complete with exhibition mannequin and NCO staff with ivory pommel. height 190 cm.Notes: Especially worth noting is the realization of the beautiful face of the mannequin of this NCO. The mannequin itself has undergone a careful processing. Impressive body size.
