The register plates and vernier scales are ivory as is the mercury thermometer scale which is graduated with both Fahrenheit and Reaumer scales. The top of the barometer has a double scroll carving surmounted by a shell and the cistern cover is flat. The barometer is 41"" tall overall.

Framed picture of Marquis of Worcester has knocks and bumps throughout the frame, gilding damaged etc., bugs under glass, some discolouration to the print and some foxing. Box of assorted rolled up pictures - all extremely damaged to edges throughout and creased, most have browning and some foxing, many have rips to edges, and yellowing, have clearly been previously stored poorly, in generally very poor condition.
