CHARLES BOYTON & SON LTD; a George V hallmarked silver squat circular teapot with roped rim, ivory finial and insulated loop handle, on tapering foot, London 1931, length 30cm, approx 25.8ozt.Additional InformationGeneral condition in tact, minor traces of surface wear such as scratches commensurate with age and usage, the edges of the spout are slightly misshapen particularly to one upper corner, some staining to natural splits of the ivory finial, there are gaps between components of the handle and ivory insulators but the handle is not loose, hallmarks partially rubbed but still legible, the lid is slightly overlapping the inside edge of the top aperture, areas of residues of cleaning products including finial and area to the inside.
