19th century portrait miniature on ivory, possibly of Lord Douglas Hamilton, with gilt metal mount and hair plait verso, velvet mount, 6.5cm x 5.5cm CONDITION REPORT: No obvious cracks or signs of warping. A few minor dirty spots to ivory, glass needs cleaned. Minor wear to frame but generally good condition.

AN EARLY 20TH CENTURY CHINESE CARVED IVORY CONCENTRIC BALL ON STAND, together with a fitted wood box, the ball's outer sphere carved in deep relief with flowerheads and leafage, the stand in the form of an official supporting turned columns, the ivory 11in high overall with ball in place, the ball itself 2.4in diameter.
