Should read bone-handled revolving hardstone seal, missing one inset, wear to gilt, otherwise ok. Japanese ivory figure with loss to base, minor splits, remaining items ok. Rattle has four bells (rings to possibly hold two further bells)
Fine late 19th / early 20th century Japanese Tokyo School carved ivory okimono depicting two children playing on a crudely constructed seesaw, on carved boxwood base, with two character inset signature plaque, 33cm wide CONDITION REPORT Kneeling boy has split towards rear leg, elsewhere minor splits. kneeling boy is missing his left hand and thumb on right hand, otherwise basically ok. Late 19th / early 20th century Japanese carved ivory okimono, depicting a tradesman carrying an assortment of wares, raised on pierced carved hardwood stand, 17cm high CONDITION REPORT Ivory is attached to wooden stand so underside not examined but no apparent signature. Some elements are detachable - some loose, would appear there may be elements missing. Various areas of surface glue where elements may have been attached. The pole he carries has loss to the terminal, suggestion of glued repairs to certain parts, loss to his hair - top knot. Height includes stand, ivory figure approximately 10.5cm high

Largest group - vacant peg to front of vehicle suggests missing element, a few splits.Smaller group has losses to the wheels, otherwise OKInuit canoe - minus paddle, loss to front of canoe
