Zierliches Collier aus Stäbchengliedern mit sechs im leichten Verlauf angeordneten stilisierten Libellen und einem zweiteiligen Pendeloque-Anhänger. Fein staffiert mit Email in verlaufenden Blau- und Türkistönen, die leicht geöffneten Libellenflügel mit transluzidem bläulich schimmerdem émail plique-à-jour. Im Verlauf gefasst mit sechs kleinen ovalen Mondsteincabochons; der große Anhänger mit zwei feinen Mondsteinen (ca. 20,5 x 15,7 x 6,48 mm und ca. 24,8 x 12,21 x 4,08 mm), der eine im ovalen Cabochonschliff, der andere in flach gemugelter Tropfenform. R. Ashbee und an die Guild of Handicraft Ltd wechselte. Um 1910 eröffnete er mit seiner Frau May, die auf Emaillierung spezialisiert war, eine Werkstatt in London. Er belieferte u.a. auch das renommierte Kaufhaus Liberty & Co. Aufgrund seiner hervorragenden Goldschmiedearbeiten, die wie unser Halsschmuck, deutlich den Einfluss des französischen Art Nouveau zeigen, wurde er "Der britische Lalique" genannt. Das Victoria and Albert Museum in London besitzt zwei Arbeiten von ihm, die er 1928 für seine Tochter fertigte (Brosche M.14-1976; Ring mit Amethystbesatz M.15-1976); eine Brosche (1981M400) befindet sich in der Birmingham Museums and Art Gallery.
