The compiler appears to have had access to French diplomatic circles as there are photographs of Jules Harmand, French ambassador to Japan (1894-1905), and of the embassy grounds. (1)

Signed by Wing Cdr A P T Main, the Officer Commanding 30 Squadron R A F Lyneham. This cover celebrates 77th anniversary of the formation of this squadron during First World War and inside the cover there is a significant write up on the subject. Again, on the reverse it bears the authenticity signature of Group Captain Randle as item 780/1065. Curiously it also bears a date stamp for RAF Lyneham for 12th February 1993, i.e. one month and four days before the first day of issue. Good condition.
