Glover, Thorneycrofts MI with ribbon Medals are in very good condition, one has no ribbon. All marks, stamps and names are legible. Ribbon has no top bar and pin.
Rene Lalique frosted moulded glass bowl in the Gui pattern depicting a swirl of mistletoe leaves and berries and set on moulded berry feet. Marked R Lalique No 3224 circ 1921. 21cm high. Bowl is in very good condition. No cracks or restorations. Very small chip to underside of one of the berries. Minor surface scratches to inside of bowl. Overall the bowl is in very good condition, rim is perfect
Robert St John Roper (British 1913-1977) ARR A bundle of 6 assorted unframed pencil, ink and gouache costume designs. 2 are signed, 2 are stamped R St John Roper Ltd, 2 are unsigned. Bundle includes designs for the London Palladium, Carry on London 1973, Delia Wicks, Mae West and Principal Boy. Handwritten notes throughout. Largest is 60cm x 42cm The designs are all in good condition. No water damage or fading to the actual designs. The Delia Wicks design is on card, the other 5 on tissue paper. There are minor folds, creases and rough edges around the edges of the sheets consistent with the nature of the sketches. All designs are in individual archival sleeves.
Gents 18 carat gold Hunter pocket watch with 9 carat gold watch chain and fob. White dial with Roman numerals and subsidiary dial. Interior watch inscription Maker J Cameron & Son, Kilmarnock. Presented to Hugh Alexander Esq. by the members of the Auchinleck Curling Club and friends, on the occasion of his semi-Jubilee as President of the Club 30.3.1921. Fob inscription - Eglinton Curling Game 1917-18 Hugh Alexander (Skip). Outer case monogramed HA. Pocket watch weight 99 grams, chain and fob weight 32 grams The watch is in excellent condition. The dial is intact with no chips, cracks or discolouration. All parts of the case are stamped with the makers mark R&S. The watch runs with ease when wound and wheel moves freely. Front cover opens perfectly on its spring and all covers close securely with no gaps or issues. Total diamter is 5cm.
