PINK FLOYD - THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON - A very clean 1st UK pressing of the iconic 1973 LP. Harvest (SHVL 804) with solid blue triangle labels. The record is in Ex+ condition. An exceptionally clean copy, there are just one or two extremely light and minor wispy marks to note. The labels are bright and clear with some minor spindle wear. MATRIX/STAMPERS: SHVL 804 A2 2 ML and 1 M?R. With original 'Patent No' black inner. Complete with both posters and two stickers in very good condition. The gatefold sleeve is in Ex condition with some light edgewear, but certainly no rips/tears. A lovely copy.

LADY MADONNA DEMO - A very rare green/white Parlophone demonstration release of Lady Madonna (R 5675). The record is in Ex+ condition. There is perhaps just one very minor wispy marking on the A side, but this will certainly not effect playback. The four pronged centre is fully intact. MATRIX: 7XCE 18438-3 1 G + 18439-2 1 G. Norfolk Regiment First War Military Cross & casualty, Victory Medal (2.LIEUT. W.J. BRUMBLEY) Walter James Brumbley enlisted with the Northumberland Fusiliers Acting Sergeant, transferred to the Norfolk Regiment 3rd Battalion attached to the 7th Battalion, Walter James Brumbley was killed in action 27th March 1918 aged 20. Gazetted 22nd April 1918, '2nd Lt. Walter James Brumbley, Norf. R. Spec. Res. For conspicuous gallantry and devotion to duty. When in command of a selection of a party raiding the hostile trenches, he led his men into the enemy line and took a prominent part in the sharp fight which ensued, accounting for four of the enemy himself. Having bombed some dug-outs, he established a defensive flank, until with withdrawal was ordered. Throughout the operation he showed exceptional courage and coolness, memorial to Second Lieutenant Walter James Brumbley is at Pozieres Memorial panel 23, (1)
