Reverse standing figure Valentinian in armour, holding labarum and Victory on a globe RESTITUTOR REI PUBLICAE, mint mark RT followed by a palm leaf to the exurge. c. 3.79g. With collector's ticket. (Sear 19251). *CR clipped very slightly to left and top, otherwise a good clear example with light rubbing and marking.

The Trooping the Colour gold fractional set, Jersey, Elizabeth II crowned portrait r. dated 2022, reverse, the Queen mounted on horseback at the trooping of the colour parade. five pound, one pound and two pound coins. Proof editions from an edition of 30 sets. 55.06 g (916/1000 gold). *CR As issued.
A James VIII silver guinea, laureate and draped bust r. within Jacobus VIII Dei Gratia. Reverse with crowned cruciform shields and sceptres 1716, 'Rex Sco An Fra et Hib'. Plan rim. Norbert Roettiers prepared dies for a Scottish coinage in 1716, no contemporary examples of these cons are known to exist, this is from a limited number that were struck from the original dies in 1828 by Matthew Young, after which the dies were defaced. *CR A very nice example of a rare and most interesting coin.

In Royal Mint 'Specimen Coins' case of issue. *CR Exterior of case with scuffing, coins much as issued with occasional light tone. A fine set.

This coin was lot 764 in W.H.Lane's 1974 auction of 'The Association Coin', a sale of 1,431 lots from the Association, a 96 gun ship of the line which sank off the Isles of Scilly in 1707. With certificate number 1111. With a copy of the 1974 Auction catalogue. An annotated copy of the catalogue suggests a price of £4 for this coin. *CR One of the nicest coins from this reign from the wreck with good detail and very light 'shipwreck' surface.

A similar of Constantinus Aug with camp or town gateway reverse and another. 3 coins. *CR Mixed states, all nice legible examples, some surface degradation.
