attributed to Robin Fenson (fl.1898-1911) Summer Landscape with a Figure on a Path beside Trees, a cottage in the distance; extensive Mountainous Landscape with a Figure on a Sunlit Path in the Foreground oils on canvas, each 51cm by 41cm (a pair) The artist is often catalogued as either Robin or Robert Fenson but usually signed just "R Fenson". He often initialled his works and in the lower left hand corner of one of the examples is what appears to be possibly set of initials. This was a pseudonym for the artist Henry Maidment and he also sometimes signed "A Wynne". Quality of the work and the decorative subject matter has made his paintings increasingly collectable over the last two decades.

An exhibition quality finished 5 inch gauge model of the L.M.S. Black Five 4-6-0 Locomotive and Tender 'Ayrshire Yeomanry’, No.45156, built by Mr R Flower from Model Works castings with silver soldered boiler and fittings including water and pressure gauges, two sight glasses, two injectors, safety, whistle, clack and blowdown valves, Chassis details include twin outside cylinders with Walschaert’s valve gear, fluted connecting rods, axle pump, mechanical lubricators. Six wheel tender with imitation coal panel, hand water feed pump and brake. The model is finished to a very high standard in British Railways lined black livery with fitted steps, hand rails and lamp irons. It has been run in steam for approximately thirty to forty hours. Boiler No.344. Original Boiler Certificate dated 16th of February 2004. Hydraulic tested to 220 psi. Working pressure 90 psi. Current Hydraulic test certificate from Leicester SME No N 809005 Test Pressure 135 psi. Working pressure 90 psi. Expires the 19th of April 2010. Steam Test certificate No ST 802725 issued by Leicester SME 90 psi. Expires 18th of May 2008. Length 173cm, width 24cm
A well engineered 7 1/4 inch gauge model of LNER No 1306 B1 'Mayflower’ 4-6-0 Locomotive and tender, built to the Martin Evans design 'Roe Deer’ and detail of Mayflower in preservation. The model with silver soldered copper boiler and stainless steel superheaters, cab with pressure gauge, regulator, sight glasses and wooden planked floor, oilers, whistle, water feed by injector, mechanical feed pump with by-pass and auxiliary hand pump in tender with extension handles, outside cylinders, Walschaert’s valve gear with reverse in cab, mechanical lubricator, drain cocks operated from cab, working leaf springs, steel tyres on centre drive wheels with fluted motion, disc brakes fitted to tender. This fine working engine has only completed forty hours of light passenger use and a video of the locomotive running will be played at the auction room on view days. The model being finished in LNER Green lined livery with fitted steps, hand rails, lamp irons and lamps. It comes complete with a purpose built enclosed transportation trailer and carrying bars. Boiler History: Boiler Serial number KB06002. Original Boiler certificate No 4407 issued by the boiler makers Kingswood Boilers of Bristol with a hydrostatic test pressure of 200psi dated the 22nd of April 2006. signed by P J Carr.
