An early 20th century table tennis trophy shield, having embossed silver-plated oval centrepiece depicting a game of table tennis in progress, stamped R P & L (copyright) with title scroll above and rectangular nameplate and presentation cartouche below, (all without inscriptions), mounted on shield-shaped oak panel, overall dimensions approx. 56 x 40 cm.
