‘Windsor Plaything’, A 19th century ivory teaching aid, of twenty four rondels, engraved a capital letter on one side and a word and picture to the reverse, in a cylindrical pot, the lid engraved ‘WINDSOR Plaything,’ above a fort, 2.25in (5.8cm) h. B split, E and R missing. The scenes on the rondels would suggest a colonial origin.
