A 20th century copper lamp by R C Murray & Co Limited. Roland Morris collection, NOT UNDER COMMAND plaque, converted to electricity, height 37cm. Roland Morris was a well known maritime archeologist, historian, writer and entrepreneur based in Cornwall, particularly Penzance. His most famous discovery was the wreck of the Association also working on other major wrecks around the Cornish coast. He also opened the Admiral Benbow a much celebrated pub filled with nautical themed decoration.
Two pocket watches. A gold fob watch stamped as 9ct gold on inner case numbered 1076, weight 25.7g And a silver pocket watch inscribed 'La Trobe 55 College Green, Bristol R' to white enamel dial. Birmingham 1878 hallmarks to inner case numbered 51841. Case diameter 43mm, weight 87.8g. Both sold AF.

Britannia seated left on rock above three rows of waves, small patch of sea behind, olive branch with 11 leaves, soho · and incuse triangle of dots on rock at right, edge plain, 56.45g/6h (BMC 1079 [R 48]; S 3776). Toned with some original colour, good extremely fine, very rare £300-£400

A Staffordshire press moulded and saltglazed white stoneware pickle dish, c1745, approx 13 x 13 x 13cm A polychrome example in the Potteries Museum & Art Gallery was attributed by Arnold Mountford to Thomas and John Wedgwood of the Big House Burslem.
