Also Battle of Britain pilot. On 10th May 1940 he flew one of six Blenheims which attacked Rotterdam airfield in daylight, only one returned to base. He was shot down and made a force landing in Holland. He and his gunner evaded capture and got back to England in the Destroyer evacuating the Dutch Royal Family. Good condition Est.
