A fine quality George III architect's mahogany desk, the rectangular double-hinged top on ratchet supports and inset with leather cloth, fitted three short drawers to the frieze, each lock stamped R. Barron, each drawer numbered, false drawers to the sides fitted brass handles, raised on square tapering legs with spade feet and original leather-covered castors, 50 1/2in. x 26in. x 30in. high.
