A pair of Sevres porcelain bleu celeste pointille cans and saucers, circa 1770, each of cylindrical form, the cups painted with enfants Boucher; the saucers with quivers of arrows joined by berried garlands and within gilt cisele medallions, the decoration attributed to Jaques Fontaine (1752-1800), blue interlaced 'L's' enclosing the date letter 'r' for 1770 and painters mark for Fontaine, cup 7.5cm high, 7cm diameter, saucer 14.5cm diameter (2) For discussion of a service with similar decoration cf.
