1958 London Transport double royal POSTER from the 'You are Here' series posted at Underground stations, this example from London Bridge. Originally folded, it has small filing holes near the top edge, a little age-darkening towards the foot and a short repaired tear at the bottom r/h corner but generally presents well. [1]

1959 London Underground District Line R-Stock DESTINATION BLIND. Dated 18.8.59, this is a complete blind, manufactured in bus-style paper-on-linen, probably at Aldenham Bus Works, and marked 'Railway' on both white hems. In very good, ex-use condition, just slight fraying at the edges in places. [1]

A pair of terracotta corbels stamped J Armitage and Son, Manchester and Sheffield. Manufactured between 1874 - 1878, with lion and acanthus leaf decoration and measuring 15'' long. Removed from a house in north Sheffield within three miles of Deepcar where they were made. Around 1850 John Armitage purchased a small brick and tile works (Wharncliffe Fireclay Works, Deepcar) from W. J. & R. Turner and quickly turned it into a thriving business. In 1874 his son Charles came into the business and the firm became known as J. Armitage & Son. In 1878 the name changed again to J. Armitage & Sons when another son, Alfred, entered the business. John Armitage died in 1890 and the business was continued by his sons until 1903 when due to financial problems it was taken over by The Armitage Works Co. Ltd. The original business had offices in both Sheffield and Manchester.

Nineteen large DM Medal Special Signed Covers. The unbelievably rare set of 19 special signed large RAF Museum Awards Series Covers, in nice RAF Large black album. The album alone has got to be worth £75. This series of eighteen flown covers illustrates the principal honours, decorations and campaign medals which have been awarded to members of the Royal Flying Corps, Royal Air Force and Royal Air Force Regiment, the Royal Naval Air Service and the Fleet Air Arm. Each cover which measures a large 32cm x 23cm carries the signatures of seven airmen, whose gallantry or leadership in the service of their country, has been recognised by the award shown. A further special cover has been added to the series to mark the relationship between the RAF and the Luftwaffe. Paperback 16.5 x 11.75 inches 42 x 30 cm approx., with simulated leather thick paper covers. 64pages, text with colour, sepia & black and white illustrations, all paintings/sketches. These include 26 colour illustrations by artists including R Caton Woodville, S Begg, A Forestier, T Walter Wilson and Allan Stewart, covering the Coronation Service at Westminster Abbey. The publication bears the date June 26th 1902, the originally-scheduled date of the ceremony, but this was postponed at short notice due to the King undergoing abdominal surgery.
