A 19th century mahogany longcase clock, of large form, having a swans neck pediment above the glazed door enclosing the 14in. arched painted dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary date and seconds dials and eight-day striking movement by R. Sutton, Whitehaven and with sheaf binding scene to the arch and windmills to each spandrels, flanked by turned columns and in turn above the short shaped trunk door also flanked by turned columns and with conforming base raised on bracket feet. Height 91ins.
