A Swedish Rolling Block Rifle by Carl Gustaf, 12.7 X 44R calibre, the 75.5cm steel barrel with simple V rear sight, the breech stamped with crowned C flanked by inspector's marks, the right side of the receiver stamped with a crowned C over 1870, the left side of the receiver numbered 887, the walnut half stock with two barrel bands with sprung securing pins, one set with a sling swivel, the left side of the butt inset with a brass roundel stamped R, the tail of the steel butt plate stamped Cl/106 2/117, lacks ramrod . Action works. Some marks to the bore, rifling crisp. Bruising and scratching to stock. Four small vacant holes to underside of butt behind the trigger guard tang, with a further hole for the missing sling swivel. Lacks ramrod.
A French Chatellerault M80 11mm Gras Bolt Action Rifle, the 82.5cm steel barrel with hinged ladder rear sight, one side stamped JH R P, the other side stamped C 1880, the left side of the receiver stamped MANUFACTURE D'ARMES Chatelleraut MLE.1874, M80, the walnut full stock with two steel barrel bands, trigger guard, butt plate and two sling swivels, with steel cleaning rod and correct Gras bayonet with St Etienne blade and steel scabbard.. Acton works. Minor pitting to metalwork. Bruising to stock with a sliver of wood missing from the left side of the fore-end near rearsight, and wax filler on the butt where roundels would have been.

An Edwardian silver cigarette box of plain rectangular form (by William Neal, Chester 1908), 14 cm long, together with a silver topped cut glass dressing table jar, 10 cm high and a modern silver trinket box of plain circular form (by David R Mills, 1982), 5.7 cm diameter CONDITION REPORTS Numerous surface scratches, knocks and dents mainly to the sides and the corners of the cigarette box. There is old polish residue left between the box and the lid also within the hinges. Some tarnishing to the inside of the lid together with some accretions. Scratches, discoloration and some staining and accretions to the wooden lining of the cigarette box. No inscription but is engraved with an armorial to the top of the dressing table jar. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use. See photos for details.
A George V silver table mounted cigarette box of rectangular form on flared stepped base (by Sebastian Henry for R & S Garrard & Co. LTd, London 1924), 21.2 cm long x 6.1 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Light surface scratches and polish residue present in numerous areas. There is a small dent to one of the corners at the back of the box. There is some staining and discoloration to the wooden lining of the box, also some accretions. Cigarette box is in over all good condition with general wear and tear commensurate with age and use. See photos for details.

R Jennings (British, 1952) Thirty original fashion illustrations, contemporary pen and ink inscription and signature to each 30cm x 21cm Roz Jennings trained and graduated in fashion at Newcastle Polytechnic (now the University of Northumbria) in the 1970's. After moving to London, Roz worked as a fashion illustrator at Rowes of Bond St, and, most notably, Laura Ashley in Sloane Street. In 2008 Laura Ashley Home Store produced a fashion illustrations calendar featuring nine of Roz's original drawings.
