A gilt brass striking and repeating carriage clock, movement stamped R & C, circa 1900, with fitted travelling case, 17.5cm high over handle 17.12.13, Case with gilding faded and with some surface scratches in parts, bevelled glasses with some very minor scratches in parts, back door handle has been later added, movement needs cleaning, later platform escapement, movement with balance swinging and in going order, striking is not working correctly at present.
An American Masonic ring, an old brilliant cut diamond centres a twin headed eagle motif, on an engraved band with Masonic symbols enamelled to the outer shank, the inner shank with a slightly worn inscription which reads `VI...JUNXIT MORS NON SEPARABIT`, finger size R, and A Masonic Band Ring, a triangular motif enamelled, and inscribed to the inner shank `VIRTUS JUNXIT MORS NON SEPARABIT`, finger size R The rings are in reasonable condition. The first has some worn enamel to the outer shank. Both have some minor surface scuffs and scratches. The first is also engraved to the inner shank `JJ Steen 10/19/35` and `B.MONK` and `M.14K`. The second is marked `10K` and `H. A. DURYEA 5-24-75`. In our opinion both would test as gold. The diamond in the first is estimated to weigh 0.55ct. The approximate qualities of the diamond are; colour I/J, clarity SI1/SI2. Gross weight 11.2 grams. CR made 13th August 2013

Some over painting above the mountains in the sky and one other small area.
