Pair of Late 19th Century Chinese, Qing Dynasty, porcelain cylindrical hat stands, each decorated in polychrome enamels with mythical figures, including one riding on the back of a crane, surrounded by rocks, trees and flowers, the body with 6 quatrefoil apertures, and bearing 6 character iron red Guangxu marks to the base, H.28.5cm, (one cracked). (2)Condition:Vase on the left: Crack running from the rim vertically 7.5cm before splintering and then continuing both vertically and horizontally to the apertures. Wear and possible overpainting to the gilded rim. Surface dirt.Vase on the right: wear and possible overpainting to the gilded rim.
