The mask and stamp appear to have been taken from the same mould.Condition ReportThere is some typical light chipping to the edge of the base. Although obscured, there is some very slight evidence of this vessel having been cut from the wheel using a wire. One scar to the body. Very small fault to left of stamp. No obvious damage/loss/restoration.

A German Saltglazed Stoneware Bartmannkrug, 17th Century, with moulded bearded mask, oval cartouche and two small roundels to shoulder, 17ins highCondition ReportApart from some typical light chipping to foot, and wear to top of rim this Bartmannkrug appears to be in good condition with no obvious damage/loss/restoration. There are additionally some small holes, presumably caused by trapped air bubbles in the body. The mask and medallions are not well defined and probably derived from an aging die.

A miniscule chip to the side and some very light, small scattered scratches. Very small graze to the top with two miniscule grazes close to it. It is 2ins high.

A German World War II NSKK Dagger, by Jacobs, 9ins bright steel double edge blade, engraved "Ulles for Deutschland", cross guard marked 15/Nm38926, hard wood grip with eagle and party badge, brown scabbard with silvery metal embellishments, 15ins overall, with leather and silvery metal hangerCondition ReportThe dagger is in good overall condition showing wear commensurate with age and moderate usage, the anodized scabbard is showing some wear to the anodizing with perhaps only 10% remaining, the hilt is in good condition showing no obvious signs of chips or scratches, just light dents, the blade is in good condition free from corrosion, just showing light marks of having been withdrawn from the scabbard on numerous occasions. Overall an honest example.

A German World War II NSKK Dagger, makers mark RZ in circle over M, M7/661940, 9ins bright steel double edge blade, etched with "Ulles fur Deutschland" hard wood grip with eagle and party badge, silvery metal and brown scabbard, 14ins overallCondition ReportIt should be noted that the images will give a better indication of condition than a condition report, overall in extremely good condition commensurate with age and light usage, the scabbard bearing most of its original anodized colour, the grip appears to be free from any damage although there is a slight scuff mark near the eagle. The blade is bright, overall a good example.

A German World War II NSKK Dagger, by Jacobs & Co. with RZ in circle over M, M7/118, 9ins bright steel double edge blade, etched with "Ulles fur Deutschland" hard wood grip with eagle and party badge, silvery metal and brown scabbard, 14ins overallCondition ReportThe dagger is in excellent overall condition showing signs of wear commensurate with age and light usage, the anodizing to the scabbard is in reasonable condition showing only light marks and rubs with a small piece of bare metal showing approx. 5cm x 2cm to the rear, the hilt is in good condition showing no cracks or splits in general to the wood, likewise the blade is in good condition but does show some slight marking from having the blade sharpened but overall a good example.

The hilt is in good condition being free from cracks or splits showing no obvious sign of repair, however there are some light bruises to the rear, the blade is bright and free from corrosion and showing some light marks having been withdrawn from the scabbard. Overall an honest example.

It is also inscribed 'E Beistle', the celluloid grip is good condition, likewise the mounts, the scabbard has lost some plating between the two suspension rings but overall an honest example showing wear commensurate with age.

The other with drip pans shows a slight distortion to both rims to the sconces when drip pans removed. In general terms this pair of candelabra appear to be in good condition, with no obvious restoration. There is some typical scattered light scratching/wear.

The bright work is bright. The woodwork shows one or two extremely light knocks (would not show in a photo).  The weapon dry fires and the telescopic sights appear free from fungus and any form of damage. Overall an excellent example.

An Immaculate 12 Bore Side by Side Hammer Shotgun, by Garden of London, serial no. 3010, 30ins brown damascus steel barrels bearing makers name and 29 Piccadilly, London, plain steel action profusely decorated with rose and scroll engraving and makers name, walnut stock and fore end with chequered grips, composite butt plate, 47ins overall Note: You must be in possession of a current shotgun certificate to purchase this itemCondition ReportThe weapon is in extraordinarily good condition for its age and appears to have been well looked after. The external browning to the barrels is unmarked and no sign of any dents or corrosion. There is some light pitting to both barrels commensurate with age and usage, the barrels fit tight with no movement at the face. The barrels are nitro proofed and stamped as such the locks are free from any form of corrosion and the engraving is crisp, the woodwork shows some very light marks commensurate with age and usage and the chequering is crisp to the fore end and grips. We do not have the facility to measure wall thickness or chokes of weapons, however the weapon is sold as in proof. The weapon appears to have been manufactured for a right handed shooter.

A Good 12 Bore Side by Side Box Lock Shot Gun, by Cogswell & Harrison, Piccadilly, London, serial no. 29853, 27 1/2ins blued steel barrel bearing makers name and "the avant tout", 141 New Bond Street, The Strand, London, bright steel action decorated with scroll work and makers name, walnut stock and fore end with chequered grips, 15ins pull, composite butt plate, in manufacturer's leather fitted motor case with some accessories, 44 1/2ins overall Note: You must be in possession of a current shot gun certificate to purchase this itemCondition ReportThe weapon is in excellent overall condition externally the barrels maintain 90% of the original viewing with only a few small marks towards the end. There are no dents to the barrel nor sign of any pitting the bores are clean. We do not have the facility to measure thicknesses of the barrels, note we do not have the facility to measure choke sizes on the barrels however they are both marked 1 & 1/8ins, both barrels are also marked as nitro proof. The ejectors function correctly on both barrels, we are not able to comment on the length of chamber as it is not clearly marked on the underside. The safety catch appears to function correctly. The manufacturer's original leather motor case is in good condition, showing no signs of any undue damage or previous repair, likewise there is a pair of snap caps and cleaning rods. The woodwork is in good overall condition showing wear commensurate with age and moderate usage, which means some light marks in general but no sign of previous damage or repair and the chequering likewise is worn but in accordance with general usage rather than any other reason. Overall a nice example.

I* A Pocket Compensated Barometer, Thermometer and Compass Compendium, Circa 1868, by Dolland, with 1.75ins engraved and silvered dial, and ribbed drum-form case, the semi-circular mercurial barometer on an ivory register, in original caseCondition reportThe plastic bag test causes the needle to move. There is some light tarnishing to the silvered dial to the outer edge. This barometer retains its original lacquered finish to the case. The upper part of the case is engraved in black letter -"Arthur Cecil". The compass appears to work, the dial moving freely. The mercury barometer is intact. The ivory register has a small crack. The outer case is original. One side of the case below the hinge is stamped A, the other C, for Arthur Cecil.

The rim of the glass to the inner side at approx 10 o'clock with miniscule chip, only discernible when barometer turned at one angle. Silvered dial slightly discoloured. Mercury barometer appears to be intact. Case retains a small amount of original lacquer but otherwise shows tarnish. Compass to back of barometer appears to work. The two lidded case is not original. The underside of the case contains mercury barometer and compass.Both appear to be in good condition, but the bone dial has a crack. The other barometer in this lot - the plastic bag test shows movement to the needle. There is some very slight wear to the lacquered finish to the case which otherwise appears to be in good condition. The back of the case shows some light scratching to the lacquer. This is contained in its original case.

Low brass fender - some typical light scattered knocks, particularly to the base. Half-set and one extra poker appear to be in reasonably good condition with no obvious damage/loss/restoration.Brass coal scuttle - typically with numerous dents to the inside.

A Cabochon Coral and Diamond Ring, Modern, 18ct gold set with a centre cabochon coral stone, 16mm x 20mm, surrounded by diamonds approximately 1.70ct, size R+, gross weight 15g Note: Weights and sizes taken from a gemological appraisal, copy availableCondition ReportThe ring is in good overall condition showing no obvious sign of previous damage or repair.  The main cabochon stone is even in colour but does show some light scuff marks in general commensurate with age and moderate usage.  The centre stone is securely set with no damage to the claws.  The surrounding diamonds are likewise securely set with no visible damage or obvious sign of previous repair.  The shank is in good order.  We are not qualified to comment as to the stone being heat treated or not.

There are a few very small scattered areas of loss/chipping to gesso. Some light scattered evidence of historic beetle attack. The pate is a replacement. The back boards are missing.

A 19th Century Gilt Framed Overmantel Mirror, with rope pattern frame, 56ins x 58ins overallCondition ReportSome light scattered chipping to the gilt and gesso details. The bases to both left and right are slightly loose. The twist column to right side is attached but slightly loose. There is a small area of damage to the upper left corner moulding, and an area of replaced twist moulding to upper right corner. The glass appears to be original. The silvering is showing some signs of scattered wear. The glass has a grey tint.

A 19th Century Rosewood Mantel Clock retailed by J.T .Bell, 151 Mount Street, Berkeley Square, the 3.5 ins cream painted metal dial with Roman numerals to the eight day two train movement striking on a bell, contained in rosewood and brass mounted case with brass flush handle to top and fluted frieze, glass panels to sides and on plinth base, 8ins highCondition ReportExternally the clock appears to be in good condition showing wear commensurate with age and possibly light refurbishment.  The brass handle to the top functions correctly.  All four glasses appear to be original and free from any obvious sign of damage or cracks.  The rear door appears to have the original glass and may possibly have had the hinges replaced but sympathetically. Internally the mechanism appears correct and the pendulum and key are present.  However the clock should be regarded as untested.  The white dial appears to be free from any obvious sign of damage other than some light scratches and marks with wear to the chapter at the 10, 11 and 12 o'clock positions.  The hands appear original. The clock does tick.

A 19th Century Mahogany Cased Dial Wall Clock by CW Seymour of Windsor, the 12ins cream painted dial with Roman numerals to the eight day chain and fusee movement with heavy brass plate, contained in plain turned case, 15ins diameterCondition ReportExternally the case appears to be in good original condition showing only light marks commensurate with age and usage, the door to the front the glass is in good condition showing no obvious signs of damage or previous repair or any significant marks or scratches. The hinge appears to be original but the screws may have been replaced at a previous date. There is also some evidence of previous repair to the hinge which does function correctly. The dial itself is discoloured and bearing numerous scratches and marks acquired over the years, the black Roman numerals are worn especially at the 12 o'clock position, likewise the maker's name is showing some wear but overall it is an honest thing. The pendulum is present.

A George III Inlaid Mahogany Wheelcase Barometer and Thermometer, by J. Gregory of No. 17 Ryders Court, Leicester Square, in case inlaid with leaves and shells, 39ins highCondition ReportThe instrument is in good overall condition.  Externally the woodwork being free from any serious defects, there are some light marks commensurate with age and usage.  The glass to the front, the gilding is mostly missing and re-gilding would be recommended.  The silvering to the dial is in good condition, although dirty and the glass itself is unmarked and free from cracks and chips.  The thermometer itself appears to have the correct amount of  mercury and it is showing up the gauge.  The silvered dial to the thermometer again is dirty but legible with all the writing clear and concise.  The rear is in good condition, largely unmarked.  It bears trade label for G Trollop & Sons with the number 205 written in fountain pen.  The hinges to the back are in good condition although one screw is missing on the top hinge.  Overall an honest example.

I* A Mid 19th Century Mahogany Cased Stick Barometer and Thermometer by J. Cattaneo of Folkestone, with engraved ivory scale and vernier and alcohol thermometer, contained in plain mahogany case with moulded pediment and moulded edge, and with exposed cistern, 39.5ins highCondition ReportThe mercury tube and alcohol thermometer are in good condition, the glass remaining intact. The lower left corner of the case shows a small area of loss to veneer, the small lower moulding to the lower part of the mercury housing is loose, and the timber beneath this (the left end of which shows the missing veneer) is similarly loose at the left end. There is some light scattered fading to the case but the case appears to retain its original polished surface. The thermometer ivory scale has a small area of cracking in two places to its lower edge. The lower timber moulding is loose.

A 19th Century Oak Longcase Clock by William Hayler of Chatham, the 12ins painted metal dial with Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds dial, floral decorated spandrels to the eight day two train movement striking on a bell, in a case with moulded dentil cornice and turned columns to hood, shaped trunk door and plinth base, on bracket feet, 81ins high Note: William Hayler recorded working Chatham early 19th CenturyCondition ReportThe condition of the case itself is good, the pendulum is present, the mechanism appears complete, however the clock should be regarded as untested. Externally it appears to be in good overall condition, however the varnish has been refreshed at some point in recent years. The brass work is present and correct and is polished. The columns are likewise in good condition and there is no damage to the dentil course. The hood itself is fine, no real sign of repair apart from some rubbing of the lower hinge to the case. The glass appears to be original and the putty original. The hinges are in good condition and are original. The painted dial is in nice condition, showing light wear and abrasions commensurate with age and usage, overall legible and the hands appear original. The mechanism appears to be intact but is not clean and should be regarded as untested. The hinges to the front door appear to be original and in good condition. The weight and pendulum are present. Overall an honest example that has had some 'refreshing' in recent years.

Lot 8

A Victorian Silver Baluster Shaped Jug by Charles Stuart Harris, London, 1889, with reeded rim and leaf capped scroll handle, on four leaf moulded and scroll supports, 8.75ins high, gross weight 22ozsCondition ReportThere is a vertical re-soldered split just below the lip of the jug measuring approx. 2cm. It is not clear whether it proceeds into the reeded rim, but a small area within th reeding to the rim appears to be solder. The inside of the jug at this point appears to show the letting in of a small piece of silver of rectangular shape which travels into the rim. This measures approx. 9mm x 1.5mm. There is a small crease/dent to the lower part of the upper handle terminal. The lower handle terminal has slightly pushed in the body of the jug causing an oval depression to the body. Because the lower terminal to the handle is now slightly out of original alignment the handle where fitted at this point is also slightly out of alignment. There is some typical very light scattered scratching to the body. The hallmarks are rubbed.

After Ray and Charles Eames - Modern Veneered Wood and Black Metal Framed Lounge Chair, (No.670), and Ottoman (No. 671), the seats, back and armpads upholstered in brown leatherCondition ReportTo the frame of the chair there is some light scattered scratching and it is slightly faded throughout.   The leather has become slightly distressed and on the bottom left hand side of the seat pad there is a small area of staining around 1ins diameter. The chair moves free and easily on the base and revolves as it should do, and the lever mechanism is in working order.  The ottoman, there is some light scratching to the frame. The leather is in overall good condition with no areas of damage.  It is slightly distressed commensurate with age. Overall these two pieces are in good condition with no obvious damage/loss/restoration.

The only thing notable is light oxidisation on the underframe, and on the right hand edge there is a small piece of coating missing revealing some oxidisation.

A Late George III Elm Circular Cricket Table with two plank top, on triform base with splayed legs, 30ins diameter x 28ins highCondition ReportTo the the whole there is some light scattered scratching.  To the top there is some darker staining and water marks.  Evidence of historic woodworm with flight holes present.  There is a shrinkage split running horizontally from one end to the other.  On the right hand leg there is a split at the top running vertically around 4ins long.  To all the legs there is some general wear commensurate with age.  To the top rim there is some dark staining all the way round. The item is structurally sound however there is some movement in the joints and the top is unevenly faded.

A 17th Century Oak Spice Cupboard, the interior fitted ten small drawers enclosed by one single raised and moulded panel door, on stand, fitted one drawer, on slender turned legs with plain stretchers, 19ins wide x 10ins deep x 42.5ins highCondition ReportSome light scattered scratching to the whole, with some slight uneven fading to the top.  On the left hand side running horizontally there is a shrinkage split from one end to the other, and slightly further down there is a shrinkage split around 6ins long running horizontally.  Flight holes present, evidence of historic woodworm.  On the left hand edge at the bottom there is a piece of moulding missing from one end to the other, around 12ins long. The drawer runs free and easily. The interior carcass shows signs of shrinkage where all the drawers are slightly out of sync but they do run freely and are all present.  To the left hand front leg there is a bad split through the turned column running vertically, the first around 5ins long and then again migrating to the base of the column around 6ins long, and another further on around 3ins long.  Overall the item is structurally sound but there is some movement in the joints.  On the left hand side there is a small area of repair around 2ins in diameter.  On the back left hand leg there are shrinkage splits running vertically around 4 to 5ins long, and the same on the right hand back leg.  To the feet there is general wear commensurate with age.

A William IV Mahogany Rectangular Worktable with Crossbanded Top, opening to reveal divided interior, fitted two dummy frieze drawers, on turned and reeded legs and castors, 24ins wide x 18ins deep x 29ins highCondition ReportTo the whole there is some light scattered scratching and uneven fading.  To the top there is some darker marks/water marks/ring marks.  To the front edge at the top, there is a shrinkage split running horizontally around 18ins long.  The veneer to the top has started to to bubble and crack in numerous places.  Some areas of veneer loss on the right hand side, two areas, the first around 3ins in diameter and further down around 2ins in diameter.  Some slight shrinkage to the interior on the bottom right and left hand sides.  To the legs and feet, there is some general wear commensurate with age.  The runners run free and easily.  The item is structurally sound with little movement in the joints.

A William IV Mahogany Rectangular Card Table, the figured veneered baize lined folding top with carved gadroon edges and rounded front corners, with panelled and scroll pattern apron, on turned, reeded and moulded centre column and swept-in rectangular platform base with carved paw feet with recessed castors, 36ins wide x 18ins deep x 30ins highCondition ReportThis lot does not appear to have been repolished and retains a pleasant colour.  There is some very light scattered historic scratching/marks to top.  Hinges are original and working well. Top lies flat at left end and reasonably flat at right. Twisting action to top works well.  When opened the upper part of the top shows a slight concave profile and does not sit flat with the base.  Base appears to be in good condition with no obvious damage/loss/restoration.

A Victorian Walnut Framed Spoon Back Nursing Chair and an Easy Chair, the nursing chair with frame carved with scroll and berries, upholstered in old gold cloth, on moulded cabriole front legs and castors, the easy chair upholstered in rose dralon, the back buttoned, on turned front legs and castersCondition ReportRose dralon chair - the upholstery appears to be in fair overall condition with no obvious signs of wear. There is some staining around both arms, the top of the rail and the back. There is some light scattered scratching to the feet. The castors run free and easily. To the base of the seat, the upholstery banding has come loose on the right hand side. The item is structurally sound with some movement in the joints. Gold cloth chair - some light scattered scratching on the frame, and to the left hand side at the bottom there is a split running vertically around 2ins and to the right hand side. The upholstery appears to be in good overall condition with some slight wear to the seat and to the back, and some slight staining commensurate with age. The shaped apron has a small split running horizontally around 1ins long. The item is structurally sound, there is some movement in the joints. The castors run free and easily. The upholstery is firm and comfortable to sit on.

A Late Victorian Ebonised and Parcel Gilt Wall Unit in the 'Aesthetic' Manner, the central section with shaped cornice and inset with arched top, bevelled mirror panels, box seat to base flanked by shelves, enclosed by single bevelled glazed door, 60ins wide x 19ins deep x 82ins highCondition ReportThe cornice is removable and is slightly loose. The old gold upholstery appears to be in good overall condition. Key is present and all lock mechanisms work. The mirror plates are generally all in good condition, apart from the right hand side of the centre mirror panel which has some foxing and slight damage around 2ins running vertically and the top right hand panel of the corner piece of mirror also has some slight foxing. The front edge of the seat has some heavy scratching and wear running the whole length. The right hand edge underneath the drop-in seat has a shrinkage split running vertically from one end to the other. the item is structurally sound with little movement in the joints. The item has some light scattered scratching to the whole.

An Emerald and Diamond Ring, Modern, 14ct gold set with a centre emerald, approximately 1.50ct, flanked either side by three small brilliant cut white diamonds, approximately .30ct total, size N+, gross weight 4.9gCondition ReportThe ring is in good overall condition showing wear commensurate with age and light usage. The centre stone appears to be free from any obvious signs of chipping or nibbling to the table or girdle.  The flanking diamonds are securely set and likewise appear to be free from any obvious sign of damage as are the shank and claws.

A Mahogany Oval Two-Handled Tray on Stand, with square tapered legs, 32ins x 22ins x 21ins highCondition ReportSome light scattered scratching to the whole with some uneven fading.  To the tray, there is some water/ring marks.  The front edge, there is a small area of damage around 0.5ins diameter.  To the stand, there is a shrinkage split running horizontally from one end to the other. On the top left hand edge to the moulding there is a shrinkage split running vertically around 1ins long, and on the right hand side of the moulding there is an area damage around 2ins long.  The item itself is quite flimsy and there is quite a lot of movement in the joints.  To the legs there is some general wear commensurate with age.

A 17th Century Oak Chest with moulded edge to top, fitted two short and four long drawers, with geometric moulded front, on bracket feet, 43ins wide x 22ins deep x 48ins highCondition ReportSome light scattered scratching and uneven fading to the top with some heavy water marks and some darker impressions.  Where the two pieces of timber meet on the top, there is a shrinkage split running from one end to the other horizontally.  To the left hand side where the carcass is put together with two pieces of timber there is a vertical shrinkage split running from one end to the other, and the same on the right hand side.  The drawers run free and easily. The handles have been replaced, and the locks.  To the bottom right hand side and the left hand side on the corners where it meets the plinth, there are some shrinkage splits running vertically.  One the left hand side front there is an area of damage, around 7ins long.  The item is structurally sound with little movement in the joints.

A George III Mahogany Commode Armchair with slightly shaped crest rail, solid vase pattern splat, shaped arms, drop-in seat upholstered in black leather concealing commode cut-out and turned wood cover, shaped apron and on carved cabriole legs with pad feetCondition ReportSome light scattered scratching and uneven fading to the frame. The leather seat is heavily distressed with a centre rip. The joints have shrunk due to shrinkage commensurate with age, to the pot cover there is an area of damage on the right hand edge of the lip with a large portion missing around 6ins long, the feet have some general wear commensurate with age. The chair itself is structurally sound with little to no movement to the joints.

The edge has some veneer shrinkage commensurate with age. The right hand side of the top has a shrinkage split around 5ins long and the same again slightly lower down . The left hand edge has two shrinkage splits around the centre around 5ins horizontally. The left hand edge moulding is starting to come loose and there is an area of veneer loss vertically running around 4ins x 1/4ins. The left hand side has a shrinkage split running from the back edge approx 15ins vertically. All the drawers run freely with minimal resistance. the feet have some heavy wear commensurate with age. The item is structurally sound with little movement to the joints.

A 19th Century Teak and Brass Bound Military Chest in Two Sections, fitted two short and three long drawers with brass recessed handles and with carrying handles to sides, on narrow plinth base, 30ins wide x 17.5ins deep x 36ins highCondition ReportThere is some light scattered scratching to the whole, and some darker water stains/ring marks to the top.  Some uneven fading to the left hand side at the top, the right hand side and the front. To the left hand short drawer, there is a small area of damage around 0.5ins in length running horizontally at the bottom right hand side. To the right hand short drawer, to the left hand side there is a small area of damage, around 0.5ins diameter.  To the first long drawer, to the bottom right hand side, there is a small area of damage around 2ins in length, running vertically. To the second long drawer is a small area of repair on the top right hand side around 2ins in diameter.  All the drawers run free and easily with minimal resistance. To the plinth base, general wear commensurate with age.  Overall this item is structurally sound with little to no movement in the joints.

An 18th Century Walnut Bureau Bookcase, the doors, slope and drawer fronts with matched figured veneer panels and inlaid with herringbone bandings, the upper part with moulded cornice, fitted small central cupboard and seven storage compartments enclosed by a pair of panelled doors, the slope enclosing shaped interior fitted with pigeon holes, four small drawers and well, two dummy, two short and two long drawers under, on bracket feet, 41ins wide x 20ins deep x 81ins highCondition ReportTo the whole there is some light scattered scratching and uneven fading.  Flight holes are present, evidence of historic woodworm.  To the top edge of the moulded cornice, on the left hand side there is a piece of moulding loose but present. To the front corner, left hand side, there is a piece of moulding missing, around 2ins in length running horizontally.  To the whole there are shrinkage splits commensurate with age.  To the left hand panel, to the top and bottom there is a shrinkage split running vertically and horizontally to all sides, and the same for the right hand panel.  To the left hand side there are some scattered residual white paint.  There are some obvious areas of restoration and repair, most notably on the left hand side around 4ins in diameter, and to the left hand side at the top there is a piece of moulding missing around 9 to 10ins long.  On the right hand side to the top left there is an area of raised veneer and some shrinkage splits around 5ins long, and to the bottom of the door the same again, around 4ins long and an area of veneer loss around 1ins horizontally.  There is a small area of veneer repair to the back right hand edge around 1ins in diameter and to the right hand lower side there are some shrinkage splits running vertically, the first around 15ins long, the second around 12ins long, and the third and fourth around 6ins long. The drawers run free and easily with minimal resistance. To the slope on the left hand side there is a shrinkage split running horizontally around 6ins long.  To the right hand side there is some veneer repair on the corner around 2ins diameter. To the interior there is light scattered scratching and darker staining, and an area of shrinkage on the inside of the slope around 6ins long running vertically. General wear to the feet commensurate with age.  Overall the item is structurally sound with little to no movement in the joints.
