(2). *CR Spring flowers, extensive crazing to the body which is visible on the light ground. Leaf and Berry, crazing visible to the base otherwise seems fine.
The light elm sideboard with a two door cupboard with internal shelf, above a single drawer and with a flanking with internal cutlery tray and shelf. Supported on roller castors and with an Ercol sticker to the inside of the door and registration number. 114cms across, 70cms high, 43cms deep. *CR A few marks and stains to the top in places, some wear around the handles, otherwise in reasonable condition.
A large pair of late 19thc silk curtains, brightly embroidered with a Cockerel and chicks amongst flowering bamboo, birds, flowers and butterflies on a light green silk ground. With a braided border and a silk lining to the reverse, and with hooks for hanging. 267cms by 107cms. *CR The silk has faded back a little over time as you would expect, braiding on one curtain has come loose on one side and needs re attaching. Some marks and stains in places to the front and reverse, and a little dirty in particular on the back - could do with a gentle clean on both sides.
A M3 camera, Serial Number 997627 (1960), with a Leitz Summilux lens (1:1.4/50, serial number 1703740), with a Leica light meter and Leica leather case. *CR Lens and mechanism seem generally fine, the top of the camera has some marks/wear where the light meter has sat, a little discolouration to the chrome on the back and base, leather with a small hole on the front, some wear around the back panel. Some wear to the light meter on one side and underneath.
A gilt metal figure of a girl balanced on one leg, with arms outstretched and holding two globular marble effect glass shades. Mounted on a stepped onyx or alabaster base, 40cms high (excluding shades), 52cms high overall including shades. *CR Figure, some wear around the light fittings, touch of surface loss to the legs in places, base with some scratches and wear around the edges, small nicks in places. Shades, seem fine. Needs re wiring.
the dial with ornate pierced central panel and Roman numerals. the mother of pearl case with gold plated mounts, depicting cherubs to a crown and heart, upon ball feet, original green leather carrying case, stamped Lewis & Son, Brighton, and winder, 14cm high inc handle. *CR Wind and ticks, minor wear to mounts and hinges, light wear to carry case.
A light elm drop flap circular dining table, supported on splayed beech legs. With an Ercol sticker on one end, 71cms high, 123cms by 112cms fully extended. *CR The top is quite light in colour and has a few marks and scratches in places as you would expect with use to the top and flaps. Some marks and wear around the base of the legs.
A gilded metal figure of a kneeling girl, with arm outstretched and holding the light fitting, and mounted on a shaped onyx or alabaster base. With a frosted crackle glaze glass shade. 36cms high to top of light bulb. *CR Shade, small chips around the edge of the opening. Lamp, some wear/pitting to the figure in places including the head, limbs and body. Base, some small chips around the edges of the base in places. Needs re wiring.
A Leica IIIF Rangefinder camera, Serial Number 614768 (1951-52), with a Leitz Elmar lens (f=5cm, 1:3.5), with a Leica lens cap and leather case. With various accessories including a leather cased Leitz Elmar mount, Leica booklet, Weston Master II cased light meter, flash bulb attachment, cable release and lens extension tube. Also with an original Customs Invoice from 1954. *This camera was purchased by the vendors father in 1954 as a second hand purchase, it was a couple of years old by this time. *CR Case is in generally good order, with very little wear to the leather and chrome, there is one scratch to the base. In good working order.
Meiji period, a large pair of Japanese cloisonne vases with tapering necks, decorated with birds amongst flowering trees and flowers on a light blue ground. 40.5cms high. *CR One seems generally in good condition, small crack to the neck just under the rim, various marks/spotting to the surface of the neck. The other has a hole to the side of the body, there are various cracks to the surface, brass mount to the base a little loose.
