Whitworth-steel nitro chopperlump barrels (some pitting and slightly loose on action), 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp cyl and 1/4 choke, carved percussion fences, bar-in-wood, rebounding sidelocks, best bouquet and scroll engraving, retaining traces of colour-hardening, 14 1/4in. figured stock including horn buttplate (some light repairs to wood near knuckle), weight 6lbs. 4oz. The maker's have kindly confirmed that the gun was completed in May 1911
