§ Edward Seago RWS RBA (1910-1974) 'The Sunlit Spire', a view of Salisbury Cathedral signed lower left titled on handwritten label verso oil on canvas 41 x 51cm Provenance: Acquired by Gerald Robarts (1878-1961) great-grandfather of the present owner Views of Salisbury Cathedral were a favourite subject of Edward Seago, perhaps inspired by John Constable who Seago much admired. Indeed, Constable's first recorded drawing of the cathedral, executed in July 1820, is known to have been once owned by Seago. Oil on linen canvas support which is unlined. The tension is good and the picture is in plane. Two small holes at the far left side. The paint layers are in a very good, stable condition overall. Thin varnish layer and a semi-matte surface. There is a light layer of dust across the surface.52 x 63cm framed. 39.5 x 49.5cm sight size.

There is one rose-cut diamond set panel missing from one side of the centre opal. Centre opal measures approximately 9.0mm diameter, 4.6mm depth. Smallest opal measures approximately 5.8mm diameter, 2.0mm depth. Diamonds with an estimated total weight of approximately 2.00 carats. Clasp is secure. Some minor scratches to the surfaces of some of the opals. General tarnish and light surface wear to mounting commensurate with age.

H&R Daniel - A 'C'-scroll porcelain part tea service, circa 1827-8, pattern 4369, 'Shrewsbury' green ground with reserves of enamelled floral sprays in panels and to the centre, raised on three 'Daisy-wheel' feet, comprising three teacups, three coffee cups, five saucers, a cream jug, a teapot and cover, sucrier and cover and a pair of bread and butter plates, numbered in gilt (16) (damages) (3) Condition:Coffee cups - Two cups have broken handles (but these are present with the lot). The third has numerous descending cracks. One of the cups with a broken handle is also quite stained and has significant crazing to the interior. Teacups - One cup has some spots of dark brown to the exterior (just below the green ground). The interior of this cup is also slightly yellowed. The second teacup has a broken and re-stuck handle. The third teacup has wear to the gilt on the inner rim and a few spots of light staining to the interior, but no damages. Saucers - One has no damages or repairs. Two saucers have hairlines. The final two have broken and re-stuck sections to the rim. Cream jug - Firing crack and slight hairline to the interior. Some slight spots of brown discolouration. Pair of plates - One has a crack to the centre. Both plates have scratches to the green ground. Teapot - This item is the most damaged. The handle has a re-glued break which has now dissolved, and the handle is currently separated from the teapot. The body and rim of the teapot have numerous cracks, and the gilding on the inner rim is worn. There is one crack along the top centre of the spout, but otherwise, the spout and feet are generally undamaged. Likewise, the cover is badly cracked and also slightly discoloured. There are some chips to the relief work on the cover, but the finial does not appear to have been off. Sucrier - A T-shaped crack and several smaller hairlines to the cover. Sucirer base - Two cracks to rim, one extending right into and through the body. There are several other smaller hairlines. Some scratches to the green ground. All pieces generally with varying degrees of glaze crazing.

A Swansea porcelain dessert plate, circa 1815-17, relief-moulded border, the central painting attributed to William Pollard with flowers including briar-rose, yellow primrose and pink bellflowers, the border with gilt and green foliage, printed red 'SWANSEA' mark, 20.5cm diameterCondition:Good condition with no damages or repairs. A few light scratches to the centre of the plate and a couple of spots of rubbing/scratches to the green leaves. The gilt inner border on the raised moulding is also slightly rubbed.

Some cracklure to varnish in places. Scratch adjacent to right F-hole. Chipping to scroll.

An impressive Coalport cased silver mounted coffee service, dark cobalt ground decorated with gilt foliage, a twelve-person setting comprising twelve coffee cans, twelve saucers and twelve teaspoons, hallmarked for Goldsmiths and Silversmiths, London, 1912, in fitted case, printed factory marks, numbered 6998 in gilt.Provenance: Ivor Southorn Collection.Condition:One coffee cup chipped. A second coffee cup chipped with associated hairline and a further Y-shaped hairline to the base. A third coffee can has a stapled repair and residue stuck to the interior with yellow staining. One saucer has a minute rim nibble. One saucer crazed throughout. The other coffee cans generally have some light brown staining on the bottom of the interiors. Losses to the exterior of the case.

Alexander Jamieson (1873-1937) Village on the Seine, signed verso, oil on panel, 31 x 40 cm, frame 39 x 48 cmCondition:The painting is an oil on panel, framed without glazing - not examined external to the frame. The board had previously been warped and was straightened and strengthened with the fixing of an additional panel to the verso. The paint surface appears well preserved and stable, no obvious paint loss or deterioration, under UV light the surface looks to be original. The colours are good. The frame has some general wear and tear, the joints are sound

Sucrier with restored chip near rim. 2 coffee cups crazed.2 saucers crazed. 1 saucer with minute nibbles around foot rim.Coffee pot with a hairline to the pot's rim and stained with some light internal brown discolouration and further lighter staining near the spout.The exterior of the case has some light wear - one patch to the top and the remainder mostly around the edges.

A second plate with a crack to the rim. No further damage or restoration. The twin-handled dish has rubbing and heavy scratches to the painted landscape. The other plates show general signs of use and scratches when tilted in the right light, with some minor other wear to the landscapes and a few odd spots of wear to the green ground. One plate has some long crazing lines.

One of the low comports has a small fleabite to the underside of the rim. The taller comport has heavy rubbing to the gilt on the rim and the foot. The other low comport has some scratches through the decoration (the mice)No damages or repairs. Some of the plates have wear to the light green ground around the mould lines of the plate and a couple of them have some further scratches through the decoration. The squirrel plate has quite a bit of wear to the gilding and so does the plate with chickens. The others have patchy wear.

CK53 ZKA - BMW R1150 RT 1130cc touring motorcycle / motorbike. First registered November 2003. Silver, with 8900 miles noted (and appearing to be correct from it's previous mileage history). 2 former keepers. Fitted with storage and luggage boxes, and features an electronic engine management system. Running condition unknown, has been dry stored and unused for some time. Last MOT expired in May 2015, and prior to that the vehicle appears to have done very low mileage each year. It has never previously failed an MOT. We suspect this vehicle requires only light recommissioning to return to use and generally appears in excellent, well-cared for, and low-mileage condition. From a deceased estate.
