A rare Faience ‘Egyptian’ wall plaque, circa 1880, Leeds Art Pottery Co., inscribed front and back, and signed indistinctly, decorated with the head of a Pharoah, inscribed, in relief with jade and light creamy brown glaze, the front inscribed ‘Webb & Co., Leeds - Faience’, the back stamped ‘Leeds Art Pottery’, 36cm diameter. NOTE: There were a number of factories in the Leeds area producing similar Faience pottery in the late 19th century, with much borrowing from each other of popular styles. Burmantofts being very similar and also named perhaps confusingly 'Leeds Fireclay Company'. In any event the output by Leeds Art Pottery was highly regarded at the time.

A Victorian style bronzed table lamp, cast as a putti supporting a single light, on a waisted pierced base cast with flowers and scrolls, adapted for electricity, with red shade, 39 cm high exc. fittings Condition Report: Overall good condition. Would benefit from a clean. Some small chips and areas of residue. Several small cracks (likely as a result of the firing process). Rubbing to the metal with some marks and scratches consistent with age and usage. No obvious restoration.
A contemporary Chinese carved hardwood altar table, the rectangular top above a carved apron with strapwork key pattern and foliate scrolls, on square sectrion legs and key pattern feet, 88 cm high x 142 cm x 48.5 cm deep Condition Report: Some minor surface scratching to top, one small circular chip to back of top, some light scuffing to corners and edge of top. The legs and stretchers with some minor surface scratching and scuffing, Some of the bracket supports to underside of table top have remnants of glue or varnish indicating that they have probably been repaired or repositioned. Overall in good decorative order.

A large pair of French porcelain figures of a lady and gentleman, late 19th century, in formal attire and each raised on a circular plinth, applied marks for Jean Gille, 38cmCondition report: Gentleman - with loss to the object in his right hand. The little finger of this hand with some restoration. Lady with a large firing crack to the underside of the base and with associated hair crack travelling up the side of the plinth, and a slight way onto the hem of her dress. There is no further damage or repair. Both figures with light gilt wear.
A Cantonese porcelain pear formed teapot and cover with faux bamboo spout and handle, 20cm, together with a Cantonese kettle and cover, a similar small teapot and a miniature teapot of compressed globular form (4)Condition report: The pear-formed coffee pot with a section of loss to the rim of the cover, and the cover with a crack right through (possibly re-stuck). The base of the pot with a crack. The other three components are free from damage but all with some light gilt wear.
