Crane first visited Italy just after his marriage in September 1871 and stayed until May 1873. He revisited Italy in December 1881 and again in September 1882.CONDITION REPORT: Not viewed out of glazed frame. Loss of depth to blue colour. Light fading especially to river. Monogram and title quite indistinct.
