Late Victorian Spode Copeland cabaret set for six persons, comprising six fluted coffee cups and saucers, decorated with trailing flowers on iron red ground and gilding on a rectangular twin handed tray, pattern no.5535, L44cm x W35cm Condition Report The tray has light scratches, mainly to the gilding. One saucer has pitting to the white ground and two others have a very small area of crazing. One cup has a very small firing crack to the top rim. One cup & saucer 1907. Two saucers 1909. One saucer has two large cracks and crazing. Another two saucers having crazing. All others have the smallest of wear to the gilding. One cup has been heavily restored, two cracks are visible, exterior and interior painted. Another cup has a crack running all the way through and a broken handle, all have been repaired. A Carlton ware Orbit pattern part tea service comprising; a teapot and cover, cream jug, sugar bowl, pepper cellar, six teacups, two saucers, three triangular sandwich plates and two triangular cake plates with a matching cheese plate and cover (20) CONDITION REPORT: Some minor surface scratching commensurate with light usage. Butter dish some staining to the base, some staining to the underside of the cover and the rim. Two saucers stained and crazed to the wells of the saucers. Side dishes - some mis-firing to the underside of the side plates.

A Pilkingtons Lancastrian rouleau vase, No.3041, externally glazed in orange, red and brown lustres depicting repeating flower head motifs, 20cm high (restored) CONDITION REPORT: Neck has been extensively broken and noticeably restored. Large hair line crack running from shoulder descending to base. Glaze imperfections and decoration appears to be light to one side of the vase. Cracks also visible to the interior. See additional images.

A primitive 18th century iron rush nip light, upon a later oak block base, 30cm high overall CONDITION REPORT: The iron work has a rusted / pitted appearance throughout. The block base with general gnarled / rubbed appearance, some old worm holes evident. Some chips and cracks. The block base may originally have been part of a chair or table leg.

Lot 555

A Victorian needlework sampler by Sarah Butler dated 1860, worked with a verse, flowers, birds and animals within a floral border, in a rosewood frame, 54cm x 58cm overall CONDITION REPORT: Some of the letters in blue to the middle of the sampler are lacking. Odd pull here and there. The ground is generally browned. We can not see the edge of the sampler to make an assessment. Frame with general light age wear.

An Art & Crafts style embroidered textile panel in the manner of William Morris, the square sample of botanical design embroidered with extensive blossoms of harebell's, honeysuckle and trailing vines and foliage, woolen threads, 124cm H, with a French tapestry cushion cover, 58cm x 59cm and two needlepoint tapestries including a beaded example (4) CONDITION REPORT: The panel appears to have been in a framed previously. Some nail holes and wear along the edges. (see extra images uploaded). There is some loss / fraying to the stitching at the edge. The ground is lightly grubby throughout with some light and dark marks.

Two tin plate clockwork toys comprising; a Burnett Limited of London model of a pram pushed by a woman with walking action, brown livery, 13cm high, a Wells & Co tin plate clockwork open front saloon car, cream and blue livery, chauffeur, 23cm long and a further tinplate pram in blue livery with balloon tyre, 14cm and a tinplate 'Novelty builder', 15cm long (4) (at fault) CONDITION REPORT: Pram - overwound. No baby in the pram, general age wear scuffs and rubbing to the coloured finish throughout. Mother is lacking the right arm. Clock work car not in working condition. Age wear patina of rubbing / light scratches and grubby. Some small rust patches throughout. Slight denting to the front bumper and the back storage box. Other two pieces with general age wear patina of slight paint losses / rubbing etc, throughout, both a little grubby.

Lot 769

A set of six William IV carved rosewood dining chairs, with buckle shaped backs and blue upholstered seats, on turned and tapered legs, 86cm H CONDITION REPORT: One of the chairs is very loose in the frameOne of the chairs has a poorly competed repair at the beck left - there the upright meets the seat.One of the chairs in sun faded to the backOne of the chairs with a crack to the front corner. Some of the scroll detailing to where the bar backs meet the upright has been glued back, two are missing. Colour differs a little between sections of the frames. All with general light age wear patina.

A moonstone set necklace, designed as twenty graduated moonstones, all collet set in yellow metal and with attached barrel snap clasp, 44cm long overall, gross weight 21gms (one moonstone 21 missing) CONDITION REPORT: One moonstone missing, facility for a drop below the largest moonstone in the middle but there is no drop. some signs of scratching and light wear but overall appears to be ok.

A Clogau Gold decorative link bracelet, stamped '925', and three removeable/interchangeable 9ct Clogau Gold charms, with original box CONDITION REPORT: Showing very light signs of wear but generally overall very good. Bracelet 19.5cm long overall.

A set of twelve silver fiddle pattern teaspoons, Henry Holland, London 1863, each terminal initialled 'JR', 14cm long, 7.1ozt gross CONDITION REPORT: All are showing some signs of surface scratching and wear commensurate with age and light useage. No apparent splits or repairs and some slight points still to the bowls of the spoons.

An exquisitely enamelled silver calling card case, import mark of 'BCT Co Ltd' 1924, of rectangular form and finely enamelled in vibrant blue, within silver borders, 8cm x 5.2cm CONDITION REPORT: There doesn't appear to be any damage to the enamel - other than some very light surface scratching it is in good order. The interior is quite heavily scratched to the base section and would benefit from a clean and polish, otherwise appears to be in good order. Cover closes and sits well.
