An 18th century style Walking Sword, being a hybrid style used by merchants bodyguards in Hong Kong, Singapore and Macau. The light straight blade similar to that of Chinese Jain tapered blades with a Japanese style hilt, wrapped in wire and having a brass mounted leather scabbard. Forged by Frank Craddock. Historic repairs are evident throughout, most noticeably one of the arms has been glued back on, central terminal to the other candelabra is cracked in several places. Other wear throughout, expect minor losses due to the delicate nature of the applied floral decoration.

A lady's Must de Cartier silver gilt wristwatch, with quartz movement and blue cabochon winder Condition: Not currently ticking. Hands change smoothly. Metal has some nicks (most noticeably the top left of dial side) and light surface scratches. Strap shows signs of use and is a bit grubby, would benefit from a clean.

Das Blatt ungleichmäßig minimal gebräunt und mit vereinzelten winzigen braunen Fleckchen. Stellenweise leicht fingerfleckig. In den oberen Ecken jeweils ein Montierungslöchlein. Unter UV-Licht sind keine Restaurierungen erkennbar. Rückseitig mit Atelierspuren und entlang der Blattkanten diverse kleine Reste ehemaliger Papiermontierung, die leicht nach vorne durchdrücken. Blatt 2. Ex. 1/40. Harmonischer Gesamteindruck. Die Blattkanten ohne Einrisse oder Fehlstellen. Das Papier im oberen Bereich technikbedingt leicht gewellt. In den oberen Ecken sowie in der Mitte der Oberkante jeweils ein Montierungslöchlein. Unterhalb des graugrünen Quadrates links ein kleines braunes Fleckchen. Vereinzelte kleine schwache Dellen. Unter UV-Licht sind keine Restaurierungen erkennbar.Wir berechnen auf den Hammerpreis 32% Aufgeld.

Fine Chinese Scholars Paperweight Together with a Carved Agate Immortal. The first, a colorless quartz pebble with minimal areas of a light brown shading, the pebble partially carved on one side with a bearded Lohan, the second, fully carved to depict an immortal riding a fish Size: 2 1/4 x 1 1/2 in.
Qing Dynasty, Qainlong period (1736-1795), six-character seal in underglaze blue. The large and impressive circular bowl with wide flaring sides rising from a raised circular foot, the composition generously spaced to emphasize the white porcelain, the design brightly painted in various shades associated with a famille-rose palette, the interior with two boughs, one a grayish-blue, the other in shades of brown, which continue over the rim and down the exterior to the foot ring, each bough fruiting with a pair of peaches, partially ripened and with blemishes, shaded light pink to a deep fuchsia and yellow, the boughs with a multitude of leaves with pink and white blossoms, the leaves with curled tips painted in two-tones of green, the interior further decorated with three bats in flight, the exterior with two additional bats, all five form the wufu. (Cond. two-inch hairline crack emanating from the rim). Height 3 ¼ in., Diameter 18 ¼ in.

Depicting a five-claw wreathing dragon in metallic thread, set against a red ground with blue clouds, above a frothy sea with dark and light blue linshi stripes, the embroidery mainly worked in a couch stitch, fragmentary, now in a glazed gilt frame. (Cond. numerous areas of loose and or missing threads.) Overall Size: 22 x 47 in. Sight Size: 20 x 45 in.

Qing Dynasty, Rectangular, with a conforming lid centering an inset pierced asymmetrical-shaped, black-mottled pale green jade oval disc, decorated with a bat amidst clouds, the light blue enameled copper box also depicting bats in flight dotted with clouds above a sea with frothy waves, the sides enameled with colorful foliage Size: 6 1/2 x 5 x 2 3/4 in.
Chinese Archaic Bronze Tripod Covered Wine Pot. Eastern Zhou/Warring States Dynasties. The spherical body decorated with three bands of interlaced scrolls, the bird-form spout with incised overlapping feathers, and with a moveable upper beak, the loop handle terminating on both ends with a well-articulated ram’s head, set on three legs incorporating lion masks, the disc-form cover with a band of scrolls, and small ring lifting handle, containing a light malachite green patina with some reddish-brown oxidization and areas of encrusted sediment. Size: 10 x 7 7/8 x 11 in.
