Steiff Teddy Bears - a collection of three assorted soft toy teddy bears, to include a German Steiff made example to include; an original Steiff made 1920 classic-serie replica soft toy teddy bear 000850 with growler. Light brown mohair with stitched nose, fully jointed limbs and button tag to the ear. With Original tags, a classic grey bear called 'Ashton' with green bow tie by RUSS and a vintage limited edition boxed 'Paddington Bear' by Rainbow Designs. Largest Steiff example measures 30cm (sitting down).

Alexander Nasmyth (1758-1840) - Wooded Landscape with Figures by Ruins, signed, dated and inscribed "An old house at Aberdour Fifeshire, Alexr Nasmyth Edinburgh 1838" (from a photograph taken prior to lining; to be sold with the lot), oil on canvas, 44 x 59.5cm Restored, lined, probably in the 1970s or 80s with localised retouching and overpainting, the varnish requiring a light clean, in 18th c gilt frame
A Victorian mahogany bookcase, c. 1860, moulded outswept cornice above a pair of glazed doors enclosing three adjustable shelves, Hobbs & Co locks, the projecting base with a further pair of doors enclosing shelves, skirted plinth base, 244cm h; 142 x 44cm Generally good condition. Some expected light surface scratching and wear, mostly so around the two keyholes.
An ash comb back armchair, 19th c, shaped cresting above a spindle back, scroll arms, H-stretcher, 110cm h, a vernacular oak chair, 18th c, vasular splat, panelled seat, bobbin-turned fore-stretcher, towel rail, etc., (7) The armchair re-varnished, some of which is unevenly worn and scratched in places, and encrusted with grime in places, otherwise structurally sound. The side chair with old repairs, some light losses, and signs of former worming in places. The rest in mixed, but generally good condition.
