Since then the area has been extensively redeveloped. The spoil heap has been reduced in height and incorporated into Sneyd Hill Park. Some light surface dirt and discoloured varnish. Splash mark to the upper left of the sky approxmately 3cm in size. Rubbing to the outer edges of the board, especailly to the lower edge. The surface is quite uneven by design with the odd minor dent in places, most noticable to the upper left edge, may be by design? Brown mark above the centre of the lower edge.
