G. Momber on promotion March 1896', approx. weighable 0.6oz. (3)
A set of four Regimental silver menu card holders, The 17th Lancers, (The Duke of Cambridge's Own), by Grey and Co., Chester 1923, circular disc form, engraved with the regimental badge, on circular bases, in a fitted case, diameter of base 3.1cm, approx. weight 3.4oz. (4) Raised in 1759, and famous for its part in the Charge of the Light Brigade in the Crimea. In 1922, The Regiment amalgamated with the 21st Lancers to form the 17th/21st Lancers.
A late-Victorian Scottish Regimental silver table cigar lighter, Highland Light Infantry, possibly by J. Reid, Glasgow 1899, weighted sphere form, the front applied with the regimental base, height 5.5cm. The Regiment was formed in 1881 by the amalgamation of the 71st and the 74th Highlanders. It was deployed to Ceylon in 1899. In 1948 it was amalgamated with the 1st Battalion.
A Victorian Regimental silver Fiddle, Thread and Shell pattern marrow scoop, 51st Kings Own Light Infantry (2nd Yorkshire, West Riding), by George Adams, London 1852, the reverse of the bowl with the Regimental badge, length 21.2cm, approx. weight 1.5oz. In 1854 the regiment returned to England after the 2nd Burma War. In 1881 it merged with the 105th Madras light Infantry to become the King's Own Light Infantry (South Yorkshire Regiment). In 1967 it merged with other infantry regiments to become the Light Infantry.
Two 19th century Regimental silver marrow scoops, The 4th (The Queen's Own) Hussars, one by Mappin and Webb, Sheffield 1898, the other unmarked, the reverse of the bowl with the Regimental badge above 'Salamanca', one inscribed 'Presented by 2nd Lieut E.H. Caldbeck on joining 1897', length 24cm and 19.8cm, approx weight. 2.5oz. (2) The Regiment took part in the Charge of the Light Brigade at Balaclava in October 1854. In 1861 the Regiment became the 4th (Queen's Own Hussars). In 1958 it amalgamated with the 8th King's Royal Irish Hussars to form The Queen's Royal Irish Hussars.
A set of four George III Scottish Regimental silver King's pattern table forks and a dessert spoon, the 28th (Duke of York's Own) Regiment of (Light) Dragoons, by Robert Wilson, Edinburgh 1799, the terminals with the regimental badge, approx. weight 9.7oz. (5) The Regiment was raised in March 1795. Initially stationed in Lincoln. By May 1800 it had progressed to Piershill Barracks in Edinburgh. In October 1800, the Regiment was placed on the Irish Establishment and employed to Clonwell, Co. Tipperary. In 1802 the Regiment was disbanded.

Raised in 1858 after the Mutiny as the 3rd Bengal European Light Cavalry. In 1862 it became a Hussar Regiment retitled 21st Hussars. In 1921 it was redesignated the 21st Lancers.

A canteen of silver-plated bead edge cutlery, another oak canteen and loose flatware and condiments; corkscrews and nutcrackers.Condition report:The cutlery set is complete, and showing just light use, it is a little rubbed in places and could do with a polish, but no cracks to the metal. The case is a little marked and worn on the corners, but the hinge is still solid.

Welsh mixed wood longcase lock, the hood with swan neck pediment, turned spindles, the case with short door, plinth base, thirteen inch arched painted dial with subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, eight day movement striking on a bell, height 214cm, with pendulum and two weights.Condition report:There is loss and cracking to the veneer to the base edges. The main body has some chipping and scraching to the edges and corners. The book has some slight cracking to veneer in places, and some chipping to the bottom rim edge. The face is rummbed, the roman numerals have some paint loss. The surface of the paint is bubbled and flaking to the to bottom left corner. There is light crazing to most of the face. It is sold as untested. It comes with pendulim (detached end) and two wieghts, but no key for the front door.
Victorian mahogany windout dining table, rectangular top with moulded edge, rounded corners, length 144cm, two leaves, 43cm and 45cm, turned and fluted legs, and eight Victorian style dining chairs, bar backs, carved rails, upholstered seats, tunred and fluted legs, including two elbow chairs and six single chairs.Qty: 9Condition report:The top of the table is showing some light rubbing and scratching in places and on the corners. One of the leaves has a chip to the corner. Half of the chairs are a bit rickety and some dont sit quite flat, otherwise they are just a little rubbed on the corners. The table comes with a winder, and has a fully working mechanism.
Edwardian mahogany bowfront sideboard, shallow back, gadrooned edges, three central drawers flanked by cupboards, cabriole legs with ball and claw feet, width 183cm, depth 65cm, height 115cm.Condition report:The top is a bit patchy in places, mostly focused in the central section, and there are some light surface scratches but no heavy scars. The right hand cupboard struggles to close firmly. Drawers are all sound. the left hand divide between the bowfront and cupboard is a significantly paler colour. Scratches surround the drawers. Old scuffs and knocks to the feet.
Modern pine roll top desk, serpentine tambour enclosing a fitted interior, twin pedestals fitted with drawers, ogee bracket feet, widrth 134cm, depth 63cm, height 114cm, and an elm hoop back chair.Qty: 2Condition report:General condition is good, but some fading toward the right hand side top section. The tambour slide does still work but is a little sticky. The top surface with multiple scratch marks/ faint indents (as if someone has repeated used a ballpoint pen on the top). The interior has some old tape to the drawer fronts that will probably leave a mark when removed. Some kick marks surrounding the kneehole. No worm. The chair has one damaged spindel that has snapped from the seat at the base, the back is wobbling and loose, otherwise light use to edges and corners.

Condition report:The top is showing some scrating and light marking, the shelves are marked and scrtached on the surface. Light rubbing to the corners and edges with a few small chip to the edges. The base is a little sun bleached in colour.
