THE BEATLES - WHITE ALBUM LP (ORIGINAL US STEREO COPY - NUMBER 085 - SUPERB COPY). Exceptionally low numbered and fantastic condition original US stereo copy of The White Album. This incredibly low numbered copy is believed to have been given away to a staff member who worked at Apple, the vendor stating: "At the time I was flat-sharing with a mate whose girlfriend and wife-to-be, Sally Stuart, worked for Apple as a PA, sometimes for Tony Bramwell, occasionally for Derek Taylor. She would bring all sorts of wonderful Apple related things home. This was one of them". The original pressing stereo records (with 'Mfd By Capitol Records' label rim text to sides 2 and 4) are in superlative Ex+ condition showing only a couple of extremely faint and wispy paper marks. Matrux/runouts: SWBO-1-101-J 40 / SWBO-2-101-J 41 / SWBO-3-101-J 40 / SWBO-4-101-J 40. Complete with original poster and photos in excellent condition. The original embossed sleeve with the number clear as '085' is in brill Ex+ condition showing some slight wear to the corners and some very minor foxing, though this is as stated and very light.
