There are a few light scratches to the case, with some wear and pitting to the finish on the legs, possibly as a result of the damp. The Beatles - Please Please Me black and gold label mono UK first pressing mono album (PMC 1202) with stamper codes 1O/1M indicating that this is one of the first 1500 pressed. The deadwax stamped XEX 421-1N with stamper code 1O on side 1 and XEX 422-1N and stamper code 1M on side 2 which also has ZT tax code. The label has Dick James Music Co credit and 'The Parlophone Co Ltd' at the start of the perimeter print. The Ernest J Day & Co sleeve has large mono on the front and the Angus McBean photo credit to the far right starting under the second 's' of songs, with polylined 'Use EMITEX' die cut inner sleeve. The vinyl appears G with a good gloss but numerous scuffs and what appear to be light scratches.
