A 20th century Chinese porcelain double gourd vase with underglaze blue figural and floral decoration within panels against floral ground, apocryphal four character Kangxi mark to base, height 18.5cm, a faux floral decorated vase with lion mask handles (af), a small sleeve vase with underglaze prunus decoration (slightly af), a crackle glaze vase and two early 20th century Japanese shaped plates (one af). CONDITION REPORT Double gourd vase ok with light general wear, some manufacturing imperfections to rim, some light surface scratches, the second vase with chip;s to rim, sleeve vase with small chips to foot trim, one plate with chips to rim.
A late 19th/early 20th century Continental School patinated spelter figure depicting a male in loincloth breaking his chains, apparently unmarked, width 54cm, on rectangular rouge marble base. CONDITION REPORT Surface scuffs, marks and dust. Some scratches and usual small nibbles to the marble base, as well as some light scratches.
SAMUEL JOHN MILTON BROWN (1873-1965); watercolour, maritime scene of a small yacht with a large ferry in the background, signed lower right, 47 x 75cm, framed and glazed. CONDITION REPORT There is dirt to the underside of the glass and light foxing, mostly visible in the sky of the painting. The mount has several areas of scuffs and scrapes. The frame segments have separated and are visible through the paint on the frame.
CHARLES ROUSSE (b1870-1890); watercolour, Continental harbour scene, signed lower left, 56 x 84cm, framed and glazed. CONDITION REPORT The image itself is in fairly good order with light foxing and staining visible mainly to the sky area. There are bits of detritus visible between the glazing and the mount and there are losses throughout the frame.

Provenance: From the collection of Terry Lennaine a broadcaster at BBC Radio Merseyside from 1973 to 1988 and from 1988 worked at numerous radio stations including Radio City and Magic network. CONDITION REPORT The bottle has sunk a few inches from it's initial setting, numerous images such as the Frank Liza and Sammy Ultimate Event images and the Bally's Casino Resort Las Vegas are reprints, some light general wear to the frame
An Edwardian graduated pearl and turquoise star pendant brooch set in yellow metal (unmarked) with detachable brooch fitting, together with a pair of similar but not matching 9ct gold clip-on earrings, also a pair of 9ct gold cabochon coral earrings (3). CONDITION REPORT The diameter of the pendant brooch is approx 2.8cm. All in good condition with light surface wear.
A G-Plan teak nest of three tables. CONDITION REPORT Signs of light use throughout. The middle table has several scratches running the length of the table, as if marked when being removed from the larger table. The smallest table has similar markings, but not as obvious. Slight staining, discolouration, dents, etc throughout.

A pair of Royal Vienna-style 'Musik' twin-handled urn vases, both with transfer printed and over enamelled scenes of Classical figures including Pan and Apollo in Arcadian landscapes, both indistinctly signed 'Lubel' [sic], with gilt-heightened detail on navy grounds with repeated scenes to square section pedestal bases, both with printed 'beehive' marks and further inscriptions to bases, height of each 37cm (2). CONDITION REPORT Rubbing to gilt work and the scenes, very dirty and dusty. Both very loose to the fixtures to the base, manufacturing imperfections including pitting and glaze inclusions, further general wear including some light scratches, scuffs and marks.
Nine various Lladró figures to include a young couple on their wedding day, a young maiden, a Japanese geisha in traditional attire, a polar bear, etc, also two Nao figures (af) (11). CONDITION REPORT The geisha has been snapped in half and crudely reglued and there is a flower missing from her hair. One of the figurines holding a parasol has had their right hand crudely reglued, leaving a fairly obvious gap and the fingers are missing. Light surface markings throughout, no other obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration.

A very large and impressive Waterford bespoke cut and moulded glass eighteen light waterfall and bag chandelierof recent manufacturewith diamond and foliate banded cut decoration, the facetted scrolling branches arranged in two tiers of twelve large and six smaller arms supporting scalloped drip pans with flared baluster storm shades, all issuing from a plain girdle, the tented upper frame surmounted by bowl and leafy girdle corona above a cupola and a smaller girdle with corresponding leafy mounts, the lower section of the frame with bowl receiver and cupola and facetted ball terminal, the whole hung with facetted button and prism drops, the majority of components with etched factory marks, 200cm drop, 110cm diameter approximately Footnotes:Provenance: Property of a gentleman and acquired for his Irish country residence.The RRP for this bespoke order chandelier has been estimated by the Waterford factory in the region of 80,000 to 100,000 euros.
