From the Estate of Hannah Hauxwell (1926-2018) Late 19th Century Cotton Patchwork Quilt, with central square of four floral bouquets, surrounded by frames of increasing size incorporating differing shapes and printed cottons in yellow, pink, brown, purple, blue, green etc, cream to the reverse, 184cm by 212cm . Slightly discoloured overall to the front and back, some small light spot stains to back. Fading to some of the fabrics, area of wear just outside the central yellow frame, slight wear overall.

A First Footman livery uniform, comprising tail coat, waist coat and trousers, the trousers with written label 'Lonsdale 1st Footman' and with buttons for T. W. Cook & Co, the waistcoat and tailcoat with buttons depicting a dragon below a crown, jacket 108cm long CONDITION REPORT: The trousers have some light marks, some small moth surface damage and some fraying to the bottom edge. The jacket is lightly grubby throughout with an open seam at the back and some dirt marks / blemishes internally. The waistcoat is lightly faded to the backing and has some moth damage to the one side.

An Edwardian inlaid mahogany writing table, with two drawers, on tapered legs, 74cm H x 91.5cm W x 55cm D CONDITION REPORT: The table has been overhauled with a replacement skiver and new varnish. Replacement brass handle and some veneer inlay has been glued back. Light age wear but overall fair.
A Rolex Oyster Perpetual Air King, the stainless steel case enclosing white enamel dial with gilt numerals and centre-sweep seconds, unmarked verso, indistinctly marked to top side of case, winding crown bearing Rolex logo, attached leather effect strap CONDITION REPORT: Case number rubbed and not fully distinguishable. Case, lugs and bezel with general light surface scuffs and scratches and would benefit from a professional polish. Crystal generally good. Face with speckled stain to the centre however this may be removable with a clean. Crown unscrews happily and winds. Currently ticking. Hands complete a full rotation. A selection of European porcelain teacups and saucers to include a 19th century Naples Capodimonte example decorated in relief depicting classical figures, gilt mark to undersides, a further Capodimonte example similarly decorated, impressed mark to undersides, a German porcelain rose blossom examples, Meissen mark to underside, an English Aesthetic breakfast cup and saucer, and a Felspar Porcelain No.288 teacup, coffee cup and saucer (11) CONDITION REPORT: 19th century Capodimonte cup with chariot decoration- Small section of vine missing. Otherwise all items appear in generally good condition with only light signs of surface wear.
After Cecil Aldin (1870-1935), Colour print, The Red Lion at Banbury with figure, dog and chicken, Signed in pencil, published by Eyre & Spottiswoode, 44cm x 34cm, Framed and glazed CONDITION REPORT: The print is evenly browned and there is some light browning to the mount. The frame has minor wear but there are two screw holes to the front of the frame on the left and right sides from previous wall fixings.
A George III oak chest, of two short and three long drawers, on bracket feet, 90cm H x 94cm W x 50cm D CONDITION REPORT: The handles and the escutcheons are not original. General light age wear patina to the surface throughout, perhaps heavier to the darker patina on the drawer fronts. Would benefit from a clean. Some of the moulding around the top has been replaced. The moulding to the bottom on the left hand sides bows a little.
