Hand-washing basin narcissus in green ceramic, likely Song Dynasty. The basin is oval, with the oblique and thin sides and four legs in the shape of cloud. It is entirely covered by a bright light green lacquering. During cooking, the piece was supported by 6 small underlying supports, which at the end of production remained creamy and without laccatura.H cm 7. Length 23.4 cm. Depth cm 16.
An Ercol light elm extending dining table fitted single folding leaf on square angled legs, 220 x 85 x 73 cm high and a set of six matching high hoop dining chairs including a pair of armchairs. CONDITION REPORT: Table has some fading and staining throughout, is in structurally sound condition, top just need some re-finishing. chairs all appear to be in good order. A Wetheriggs dark brown and white trailed glazed pottery two handled cylindrical kitchen jar, 20 cm high, a light brown and white trailed glazed pottery jug, 17 cm high (Wetheriggs but unmarked) and a Wetheriggs black and tan trailed glazed pottery circular saucer. CONDITION REPORT: All three of these items are in good condition. The saucer has slight wear to the glaze commensurate with use and there is very slight wear to the spout of the jug.
A certified natural colour change 3.52 carat Sri-Lankan sapphire & diamond cluster ring, the rectangular cushion cut sapphire exhibiting a colour change from transparent blue in daylight to bluish purple in incandescent light, claw set above a row of small diamonds in millegrained white metal, further numerous larger round cut diamonds to shoulders, on 750 yellow gold shank, accompanied by a Gem & Pearl Lab Report stating the Sri-Lankan sapphire shows no evidence of heat treatment.
