ROYAL INTEREST; a 19th century ivory box of rectangular form by A.Barratt and Sons 63-64 Picadilly, the hinged cover enclosing a verse 'Making a Woman Like a Porcupine, Not to be Rashly Touched, Byron', with seven sections, length 20cm, complete with original letter entitled This Box was used by Queen Alexandra, with wax seal on Sandringham paper.Additional InformationMinimal wear, there are light staining and cracks to the ivory, the button has come loose so the piece can only be opened with a pin.

A pair of French gilt brass and green onyx vases and covers, each with twin Cernunnos mask mounts joined by fruiting vines, on square bases, height 31cm, (2).Additional InformationOne of the covers with a chip at the edge and other smaller chips throughout around the circumference of the edge, the other cover with a few light scuffs and a few small nicks at the edge, one of the vases is dented to the rim and to the collar beneath that and there has been a small repaired break to the onyx on the opposite side of this, all of the metal mounts with some rubbing and general tarnishing.

FIVE VINTAGE FOUNTAIN PENS; Parker Vacumatic 37 (green marbled), Parker Slimfold (blue), Parker Duofold (boxed and blue), Burnham 60 (boxed and black) and an Eversharp octagonal (black) (5). Additional InformationAll bar the Eversharp have 14ct gold nibs, the box is a little tatty to the Burnham. All have light surface scratches and some staining. Only one has any splits, this being the Slimfold, which has a very small and very fine crack to the cap. The Duofold is also missing the blue raised button to the cap.

The composition figure with some small chips and scuffs, the glass fish with some light surface grazes, the plated items with general light age wear.

LAMP MANUFACTURING & RAILWAY SUPPLIES LTD; a Welch patent railway lamp (M), with hinged copper upper section and hinged side door with maker's label, on square base, height 23cm, with a brass miner's lamp by Thomas & Williams, a further miner's lamp numbered 0266 and a Buflam brass blowtorch (4).Additional InformationThe Welch lamp is generally of a good appearance, there are some small chips and losses to the black detailing throughout and the hinged copper lid with some slight dents and scratches. The miner's lamp numbered 0266 is heavily dented throughout and the glass cover has some chips. The Thomas miner's lamp with a large tarnish patch to the left hand side of the label and general age wear patina throughout, the blowtorch with a few small knocks and other minor light wear throughout.

The ampmeter is marked as a military issue piece. All items with general age wear dirt and light patina throughout.

The laboratory scales with maker's label to the top of the hood and also the bottom of the brass support inside. Light wear to the case and lacquering. The Manchester scales with general age wear tarnishing throughout, some marks etc, the shaped scale bowl with a split at the rim and many dents and scuffs. The mahogany stand to the scale with general age wear scratches and scuffs but overall fair.

A collection of twelve Victorian dust pressed tiles including two decorated with geraniums within a yellow border, a sepia coloured tile decorated with flowers, four tiles decorated with lilies, sunflower corners, a single tile decorated with flowers with flower head corners and four tiles decorated with holly and berries against a geometric ground, 15.5 x 15.5cm (12).Additional InformationThe pair of geranium tiles with some chips to the edges and crazing, both a bit blackened to the underside. The sepia tile is crazed throughout. The single floral tile has some crazing and general surface scratches and wear to all corners. The four lily tiles also with some crazing, one with a manufacturing imperfection to one of the leaves and all with some wear and tear. The holly tiles with some light scratches and a chip to a corner.

MINTON'S; a miniature hand painted tea service comprising teapot, lidded sugar bowl, milk jug, four cups, four saucers, shaped tray.Additional InformationThe tray is 21.5cm in length. The tray has many light scratches to the surface throughout and has been restored. It appears that it has been broken in two and restored and there is a film of restoration to the surface throughout which has begun to degrade. One of the cups is restored. The sugar bowl and cover are poorly restored.

SUSIE COOPER; a twenty five piece part tea service decorated with floral sprays, together with an Eaton Ware posy bowl (26). Additional InformationOf the pink Suzy Cooper pieces in this lot all have some light glaze wear through use. One of the saucers is broken and glue repaired. Four of the saucers crazed throughout. One of the teacups and the larger sugar bowl crazed throughout. One of the teacups with a hairline crack running down the bottom and crazed. The teapot is heavily crazed throughout, some of the crazing is stained to the bottom and there are some chips to the spout also and a hairline crack at the spout also.

AYNSLEY; a 'Gold Dowry' pattern forty-six piece part dinner service comprising six dinner plates, six dessert plates, six side plates, seven soup bowl saucers and eight twin handled soup bowls, four teacups and seven saucers (46).Additional InformationThe service has been used, so there are light glaze scratches to plate centres and saucer centres. Some rubbing to the inner gilt bands on the plates and saucers and some rubbing to the gilt detailing on some of the teacup handles. Two of the teacups with a small chip at the rim.

A GEORGE II GILT FRAMED MIRRORWith opposing eagle chrest, 49cm wide; 90cm highCondition report: The bevelled mirror plate is a replacement, which has been installed or a little time.  Later backboards. Dirt and dust to the plate with a few blemishes. The frame with some wear and tear, minor light cracks and rubbing to the gilding. The reverse with a label remains, ink inscribed with date ‘1917’ . Numerous old holes from previous hanging. Very small odd worm hole to the back board and possible to the back o frame. Two pairs of circular marks to bottom edge on the plain cartouche shaped areas, possibly indicating the mirror once was fitted with candle sconces.

A GEORGE III AND LATER WALNUT TRIPLE PILLAR EXTENDING DINING TABLEOn ten downswept supports, with two extra leaves, 122cm wide; 228cm long; 320cm long extendedCondition report: Clips missing. General wear and scuffs to the top and legs overall. Scratches and a few marks. Dryness to the legs, especially to the feet and top, probably having been in storage for sometime. Some minor cracks, veneer chips and some losses in areas. Very light surface crackelure in some areas. Numerous scratches and scuffs, some more recent. Notably a veneer loss to the central section and further loose torn area to the side. See additional images on www.bellmans.co.ukThe legs do not appear to have been broken and repaired. Some variation in colour between the leaves, with the central section more faded. The pedestals are in good condition, they are very dusty. There is some loss of veneer to the top, it will need a complete repolish.

A GROUP OF FIVE PORTRAIT MINIATURES AND TWO SILHOUETTES (7)First half 19th CenturyMost painted on ivory with watercolour, including a gentleman and a lady in a blue dress, each mounted in an ebonised frame; one silhoutte inscribed ‘Field & Strand’; the largest, 15.5 x 17.5cm Condition report: The two larger examples on ivory, then glued onto card and then remounted. The two smaller examples have not been examined out of their frames, as the backing is firmly secured. General light chips and scuffs overall to the frames, with some rubbing and tarnishing to the mounts. Some minor discolouration in areas as to be expected.

A REGENCY STYLE GILT-BRASS MOUNTED FROSTED GLASS HANGING LIGHT20th CenturyWith a single light fitment, 30.5cm diameter Condition report: Will need to be rewired prior to electrical use. The colour of the gilt metal work differs between the foliate collar with eagle heads and the finial of the bowl and leaf finial of the chains. These last two elements could be earlier. General light wear, dirt, vague tarnishing commensurate with use and age.
