A figure of Bodhisattva "Avalokitesvara" China/Mongolia, 18th-19th Century This bronze statue shows remains of a light gilt and portrays the Transcendent Bodhisattva of Compassion Avalokitesvara (Spyan-ras-gzigs). In this particular standing position he shows eight arms (the ancient features are missing here) and eleven heads.
