An early twentieth century 9ct gold mounted garnet riviere necklace, together with the matching earrings. (3) CONDITION REPORT: Good condition. The necklace is 39 cm long, with the smallest garnets approx. 3mm x 4mm and the largest of the same shape around 9mm x 7 mm. In bright light a few stones look slightly orange but mostly are uniform moderate dark red, not really black/red. The earrings although match in style are not a direct match, and one has a replacement back. Condition of the garnets looks good and no clear signs of damage.
