The romantic landscape of the school of Julius Yulievich Klever WINTER EVENING IN A VILLAGE, richly and sweepingly demonstrates the atmosphere of a pre-sunset, snowy evening, where a traveler hurries to the comfort and warmth of home. Sunset Light spills across the canvas. It captivates with the high golden distances and the lights of the blazing sunset. They seem to outline the silhouette of the hut and separate the purple lace of the snow. The center of the composition and saving comfort is the house, with its red dot of the window and the smoke of the burning stove. Canvas, cardboard, oil. 50 x 36.5 cm. Simeon Fedorov (1867-1910). Landscape Summer day. Subtly conveys the atmosphere of a hot summer day, where the warm Russian sun shines along the banks of the river with the aromas of herbs and the songs of larks. Time stood still thanks to the stone and sedge bush, the static scenes of the foreground. Behind them, the distance of a calm river unfolds with a light swell of blown wind. A shepherd and his flock are resting on the shore near a tree. But the semantic diagonal goes tangentially from the boulder on the left to the tree and to the church in the distance. This is a kind of marker of inviolability, space, difficult happiness of Holy Rus, where the sweet sadness of life comes with the mobility of the sky. Canvas dimensions: 62.5x97 cm. Width: 97cm, Height: 62.5cm, Depth: 4cm, Weight: 4kg, Condition: Good, Material: Canvas, oil
