Folk Art, a pair of Napoleonic Prisoner of War polychrome painted lime wood carvings of ladies carrying baskets of food, both carved from individual single pieces of wood, each having a green bonnet and black plume feather on red dotted canted bases with blue white and red banding indicating the French flag the tricolore, each figure is approximately 12” high, one in a green shawl and light green dress highlighted with dark green ribbon detailing and red shoes and holding her basket in her left hand the other in red shawl and cream dress highlighted with red dots, red detailing and black shoes with basket in right hand also having seagull on base looking upwards to basket, believed by family repute to have been carved at Beccles jail

286-287 AD. London mint, barbarous? Obv: IMI CARAVSIVS P F A legend with radiate bust right. Rev: PAX AVG legend with Pax standing holding olive branch and vertical spear; no marks in fields, mintmark (if any) off flan. 2.86 grams. See Sear 13648. The style of this coin, with the errors in the obverse legend, small flan and light weight suggest it might be a lcoal, barbarous copy. [No Reserve] Near very fine.

Dated '1797', issued 2000, by Donald R. Golder, struck in copper, silvered-copper and yellow metal. Obvs: profile bust with incuse GEORGIUS III D G REX legend. Revs: seated Britannia with incuse BRITANNIA legend and date and with added FLORENT CONCORDIA REGNA inscription; in case of issue, with certificate numbered 47 of 500 issued. 250 grams total, case 16 x 8cm. [3] Proof FDC, some light toning. Scarce commemorative set.

S. PS20. [2, No Reserve] Proof; light toning.

A set of five mid 19th century Staffordshire Pratt type plate of octagonal form, with raised floral border and each plate centred with a name; 2x Margaret, Elizabeth, Charlotte and Lucy, diameter 16cm, also two small mid 19th century dishes, one inscribed "Not To Oversee Workmen is To Leave Them Your Purse Open", the second inscribed "The Eye of The Master WIll Do More Work Than Both His Hands", diameter 11cm (7). CONDITION REPORT: Eye of The Master: has three cracks and a couple of tiny pin head sized pre-glaze hips to the rim and some light staining. Not To Oversee: has a chip to the rim, a couple of pin head sized chips, two of which are underglaze, a 1cm hairline and two further very fine hairlines. Five name plates all have staining throughout, Charlotte has a small chip to the back, Elizabeth has a 3cm hairline crack, one Margaret has a star crack to the back and all show signs of rubbing.

CONDITION REPORT: Light use. Postage within UK would be £45 + VAT.

DAVID YOUNG CAMERON (1865-1945); ink and watercolour "Strathearn, Perthshire", signed with initials and inscribed, also inscribed on label verso "Reproduced in Soton Gordon's Book-Highways and Byways in the Central Highlands, see page 47", 22 x 35.5cm, framed and glazed. CONDITION REPORT: Some staining, a 1.5cm tear on the right hand edge of the paper, light spots of foxing.

An early 20th century Aynsley floral decorated gilt heightened cased six setting coffee service, the coffee cans held in George V hallmarked silver frames, Sheffield 1920. CONDITION REPORT: One cup is cracked and a further cup has light brown staining, otherwise appears good with no further obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration.

An 18th century oak Wainscot chair with shaped top rail, floral carved panelled back, outswept arms, plank seat, and ring turned and block legs united by stretchers. CONDITION REPORT: The majority of the chair appears to be 18th century, including the top rail, back splat and frame. However, the arms are late 19th/early 20th century replacements, the plank seat is possibly replaced, and there are signs of heavy wear throughout, some light signs of old woodworm to the legs.

A William IV rosewood Canterbury designed by J.C. Lowdon, the X-framed divisions centred with laurel wreaths above single drawer raised on ring turned legs to brass caps and castors, width 49.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: Appears good with no obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration. Retains good colour but would benefit from a light polish.
