In the form of alternate open diamond-shaped panels, collets and five stone line panels, set throughout with old-cut, single-cut and eight-cut stones, the clasp indistinctly marked '9932(?)', approx. 5.5mm wide maximum, approx. 17.75cm long overall (7 inches), 8.5g gross; in a 'Heming & Co. 26 Conduit Street, London W' fitted case Condition Report: Overall very good condition for age, general wear and tear commensurate with age and light use. The diamonds are 'white', bright and lively (even the eight-cuts!), unmarked. The 12 largest old-cut diamonds each measure approx. 3.3-3.5mm diameter (mounted limitations); the eight-cut diamonds in the five-stone batons approx. 1.7mm diameter, the eight-cut diamonds in the lozenge-shaped thirteen stone links measure approx. 1.2-1.6mm diameter. Our 'guestimate' of the total diamond weight would be around 3.25cts total - please use the above measuremnts and satisfy yourself before bidding. The stones are to small to accurately assessed for colour or clarity, for completeness sake no stones have inclusions obvious to the naked eye however a couple of the larger stones are about SI.

The 21 graduated old-cut stones grain set in platinum-flashed gold, the largest stone approx. 0.30cts, unmarked, approx. 61mm long overall, 4.6g gross Condition Report: Overall good condition for age, general light wear and tear commensurate with age and use. The principal diamond measures approx 4.4mm x 3.8mm x 2.6mm. Overall thje stones are bright and 'white' stones, approx. I-K, there are several of the smaller stones that are about SI2 and being mean might be I1 if they were bigger however the facet-edges mostly mask the piques, however the larger stones are a little better.

A silver and pale blue enamelled 'blue-bird' brooch and a matching cloak/shawl pin. The brooch approx. 55mm long wing-tip to wing-tip, each of the two birds in the shawl pin approx. 34mm; Together with a silver and polychrome enamelled 'bird' scrolling-bar brooch, hallmarks for Birmingham 1912, 35mm long overall Condition Report: Overall good condition for age, general light wear and tear commensurate wit age and use. The enamel on the shawl pin is in very good condition, only very minor light surface scuffs through wear, however there is also a very small chip (through to the metal but tiny) to the enamel near the lower wing/body joint of the left-hand bird on the shawl pin, and three similar but smaller and shallower 'chips' on the other bird, all are barely noticeable to the naked eye but visible under 10X magnification. The largest brooch currently with no obvious chips or damage. Some very slight enamel loss the to top-front wing of the upper wing on the bar-brooch bird - again not obvious. All would benefit from a clean and polish.

An early 20th century gold and diamond five stone ring. The graduated old-cut and four early modern round brilliants approx. 1.31 cts total, all claw-set in white on a yellow D-section shank stamped '18ct' & 'Plat, size Q, 3.3g gross Condition Report: Overall good condition for age, general light wear and tear commensurate with age and use. THe diamonds measure approx. 3.0mm diameter; 4.05mm x 4.15mm x 2.4mm; 5.2mm x 5.3mm x 2.9mm (o/c), 4.4mm x 4.2mm x 2.6mm; and 3.1mm diameter. Colour varied about I-K, clarity about SI.

The central scroll set with nine old-mine, old-cut and small rose diamonds between turquoise enamelled borders and between further similar but small diamond four-stone scrolls, on a slide-through mesh clasp with a small diamond and enamel three-stone terminal, unmarked, approx. 24cm at maximum length (9 1/2 inches), 51g gross Condition Report: Overal very good condition for age, general light wear and ter commensurate with age anug use. No obvious danage, dents or dings to the meash. No serious enamel loss though a couple of minor 'chips' (not through to the metal beneath) and all barely noticeable to the naked eye and do not detract from the piece, however they are obviouis under 10X magnificatrion as are several light 'scratches' etc. the overall diameter size when at full extension is approx. 7cm internal diameter so would suit a small hand. The box non original and probaby formerly a watch box.

Lot 26

A late Victorian silver campana shaped three piece cruet set. Each with two leaf-capped flying scroll handles, a moulded band and stepped foot, the mustard in the form of a small trophy-cup with a domed cover, mark of Elkington & Co, Birmingham 1898-1900, the three 185g gross; together with two associated silver small spoons, various dates and makers and another plated; in a brown leather cartouche shaped fitted case with velvet and blue silk lining marked 'Elkington & Co.' Condition Report: Overall good condition for age general light wear and tear commensurate with age and use, All of a good solid guage, both the salts interiors require a good clean and show traces of former gilding. The mustard 'wobbles' very slightly on a flat surface.. Marks good though the maker's mark on one salt rubbed but legible. Spoons good. Box good, hinge solid, closes with a satisfying 'snap', some of the interior a little worn and spoon elastics are stretched and one broken. general external scuffs including on the top front 'crease' (see photos) as expected for a box in use for 120 years.

A white metal and tiger's-eye quartz broad bangle. In two articulated sections, the front of the 'oblong' bangle loosely set with a rectangular tiger's-eye panel measuring approx. 40mm x 20mm x 3.5mm, indistinctly stamped '950' and with what appears to be a former maker's mark(?), the bangle approx. 20mm wide all around, 51.8g gross Condition Report: Overall good condition for age, general light wear and tear commensurate with age an use, apart from a few more than average 'scratches' (none of which are deep) near the clasp, though these will probably polish out. Otherwise slight scratches all over mostly on exposed surfaces and only visible under 10X magnification and would polish out. A couple of minor dings on the angles and all mentioned only for completeness sake and do not detract from the look of the piece. As mentioned the stone was loose in the mount and is now firmly in place however we recommend a jeweller take a look and advise accordingly.

The stones comprising a round brilliant Diamond 'iris' (approx. 0.16cts), an oval Emerald 'lily', an oval Amethyst 'tulip', an oval ruby 'orange blossom', an oval Emerald 'rose', an oval Sapphire 'cornflower' and an oval imitation-Topaz 'daisy', each in a rub-over collet within individual relief flower designs and and an oval panel, on a push snap, apparently unmarked, 18cm long overall (7 1/8th inches), 24.6g gross Condition Report: Overall very good condition for age, general very light wear and tear commensurate with light use. The interlinks are crisp.

An oval opal-doublet single stone ring. The flat panel measures approx. 17mm x 13mm x 3.7mm, displaying a pleasing play of mostly blue and green colour, claw set to a D-section shank, though unmarked there appears to be the remnants of an obscured mark, size K, 3.8g gross Condition Report: Overall good condition, general light wear and tear commensurate with age and use, The opal-doublet with minor scratches on the surface only.

A Victorian rose gold and garnet bracelet in the 18th century style. Designed as a row of 21 oval foil-backed garnet closed-back collets centred with a similar quatre-foil, one collet forming the push snap stamped '9ct', 19.75cm long overall (7 3/4 inches), 9g gross Condition Report: Overall good condition for age, general light wear and tear commensurate with age and use. There is some evidence of 'olished-out' lead solder repairs to some of the colle-backs, namely from the clasp side the stone that is part of the central four-stone cluster, as well as two other stones near the centre, also from the 'tongue' side on the 5th and 7th stones.

The movement ticking and the set-hands and date-advance all functioning. the date changes every time the crown is pulled out to date position. the date is not stuck

Each salt with a shaped rim and embossed with a vacant scroll cartouche, flowers, scrolls and leaves, mark of Robert Pringle & Sons, Birmingham 1906, each approx. 5.5cm diameter, (2 1/4 inches), the four salt spoons with bead terminals, mark of William Devenport, the eight weighing 39g gross (1 1/4 ozs); in a black leather bound fitted case Condition Report: Overall very good condition for age general light wear and tear commensurate with age and light use. The silver is of a fairly tin guage so there is slight mis-shaping of some of the rim areas. The embossing is crisp. Marks good though some are 'filled' with the remains of silver polish. Spoons very slight mis-shaping of the handles Box good though some of the interior a little worn and one spoon mount loose, clasp good, general external scuffs as expected for a box in use for 115 years.

'145' and stamped with the designer's mark, the maker's mark and '925' over 'Denmark' and with London import hallmarks for 1974, approx. 118mm high overall, 39g Condition Report: All three pieces in overall very good condition, general light wear and tear commensurate with age and use. No obvious damage to any of the pieces, though some very minor 'nicks' and 'dings' as expected through wear. All would benefit from a clean and/or polish.

Marks clear with only minor rubbing, similarly the cres on the lid. The silver mounts require a thorough clean. Plated frame; good for age though some minor scratches, particularly at approx. 2pm, and requires a good clean.
